Hasn’t logged in in days, won’t give us a link to replace password
This was working wonderfully until about 3-4 days ago. Now, it won’t log me in (even though I know it’s the correct password and email), and won’t send me a link to set a new password if I do select “forgot password” to try to circumvent the issue. I haven’t been able to log any PleurX catheter drains in days, and I have no idea if the app will ever work again for us, and no customer service to contact to address the app issue.
Not sure what’s gone wrong, but it seems to be on the developer end. I’ve tried the app on several different devices and am running into the same problem every time.
