A Cute Creation
This game starts out simple. You would probably have to watch video clips or download apps to earn pet points to be successful. The game design is pretty good with the salon and customers, but since everybody are animals and pets seems kind of childish. This game does get very difficult, but if you have enough staff and facilities you will be able to make it through. If it is too hard, the easiest solution is to decrease the speed. Sometimes the challenges are so hard, but when I get VIP day, the challenge is something like $500. This game can be fun, but occasionally difficult and seemingly childish.

This game is sooooo fun! I love it! It keeps me entertained for HOURS, unlike most games.
The idea is simple. Move the pets to the stations specified in the 'thought bubble' over their heads and click on the exclamation point. You can buy more stations, upgrade them, and buy things that will increase the customers patience. You can also buy more workers.
Another thing about the game, in order to make it more challenging, there are certain things they want you to accomplish every 'day'. Like, for example, earn 500 coins. If you do the challenge, it will give you coins.
There are also Pet Points, which you use to buy the workers. Sometimes, depending on the challenge, you can earn those. I have read some of the negative reviews for this game and most of them say you can't EARN Pet Points, only buy them. This is not true. If you click on 'Get more Pet Points' then click on 'Earn Pet Points' you can choose to either watch a video and earn 5 Pet Points, or sign up for Tapjoy and download and run certain apps for different amounts of Pet Points.
Overall, this game is wonderful. And if it starts to get slow or boring for you, in the bottom right corner of the game when you are in your store, serving people, you can change the speed from 1x, 2x, or 4x.

Update the game!!! I can’t play until you update it!!! I really like the game I played when it first came out but it's not the same, It tells you to serve 12 people and only 8 come in like I don't get it and it don't give you no pet points and it always says no videos available in the section for free pet points. Why can't we earn pet points from playing the round like we earn cash, and the VIP round that comes every 30 rounds comes every 40 rounds like how am I supposed to level up or even play the game when it's not letting me win the money or any pet points to get other characters? Not being able to earn or get pet points for free is gonna make you lose players this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Crashes
I absolutely love this app, but recently it's been crashing when I try to open the app. I've tried opening it, removing it from recent apps, and then reopening it, but that doesn't work. I've tried opening it from the recent apps, an unsuccessful attempt. I've also tried opening the app through the App Store, but to no avail. I hope they update soon, because I miss playing this game. If it weren't for the crashing, I would have given it 5 stars.

Look, here's the deal...
Ok so I loved the first one and wanted to play it again for fun and a bit of nostalgia since I haven't played it since I was 6. Anyways I go and look and I find Pretty Pet Salon 2! I instantly downloaded it and started playing. About 2 hours later every time I opened the app, I crashed. I tried again. I crashed. After several attempts it opened up! Then crashed!!! I had to delete it and re install it if i wanted it to work. But it will do this occasionally so I will have to restart again, and again, if I want to play it. Please fix this. I love your game. It's so addictive and fun just this annoyance has gone on for too long. Please fix this. Thank you.

Used to love.. But...
I used to play this game NONSTOP on my old iPod. Then I got an iPhone 5 about a year and a half ago and it just isn't the same when it doesn't fill up the whole screen. I've been waiting for an update to have the game optimized for the iPhone 5 so I can once again play this game that I used to love so much. I've come to the heartbreaking conclusion that there will never be an update... And I simply cannot find another game quite like this one:(

No opportunities
It's the same pretty pet salon we all know and love, just a different version. In this pet salon 2, the actions, levels and daily challenges are fairly the same as any other of the pet salon editions. However there is no opportunities to build up your profile with pet points or coins. Some daily game challenges asked to "serve 14 customers successfully" when only 10 customers were given. Umm, of course the player can't make the requirement and gain coins faster. Not to mention the part where the app doesn't save any information if it's gets deleted for whatever reason. 2 stars, pretty pet salon 2.

Fun and addictive BUT...
I got this as something to help when im bored 😔😔😔 and it really helped 😃😃 but i really wanted to get the robot employee 👾👾👾 but you have to buy the pet points instead of just using the easily earned coins 🏧 so i was about to buy some points when i saw you could earn pet points by watching a 30 second video 😁 so i watched the dang video that was an add for " Rage of Bahamaut" and it was like SOOO boring but I watched it like I said and my reward was only FIVE pet points!!!! Needs to be a better way to earn pet points is my point 😊 but like I said it is addictive! Trust in the Lord!

And that's pretty annoying since you get to a point in the game where you'll need at least 100 pet points to move further on and by then you won't even want to bother.
Basically, just make it easier to earn points and maybe it'd be better.

Can't get enough pet points
I really love the game and love to upgrade everything so much that you get a tone of money, but I only have two characters to do the pets hair because I cannot get enough pet points.
Soon I barely am able to finish a day without loosing 6 or more customers and I need to get more money, and it's really hard to get every customer with only two characters.
