App needs update, but try this if iPhone user.
I tried to connect wireless cameras with Sannce cam app but it did not work after trying several times, so I just looked around and if you are an iPhone user, try connecting the wireless cameras with CAM360 app, it worked for me 👍🏻. Try to adjust the view under HD for better resolution.

App need to be updated
Very impressed with the quality of the camera for the price my mom paid. I see a potential in the app, however, it needs to be updated. It doesn’t seem to work with the new IOS update 11.3 since it doesn’t work on my mom’s phone. I tried it with my phone with an older IOS version and it worked perfectly fine! Now, i’m scared to update my phone because the app may not work anymore.
So before you buy the Sannce camera, check first if the app has been recently update because chances are, it won’t work on your device either. Another good option will be the YI Dome camera, their app seemed to work a lot more better and always updated.

It works after several tries
It took me a while ( few hours ) before making the app pairs to the cam, after that operation is smooth

Could be a great app but doesn’t seem like the support The newer versions of IOS. Please just make it work again! This is the only app I can use with the camera I have!

Garbage ( should be able to give zero stars )
Waste of time and money. Doesn’t connect. Tried phone , ipad, House WiFi , phone hot spot wifi. Says connected then won’t go live so you can view camera. Waiting a few more days to see if they fix software. If not asking for my 70 bucks back.

Can’t connect
Searching for device during setup. Never works. I tried support no help. Then I viewed a how to video. Very simple. Same process I used. Doesn’t connect device to phone. Frustrating The camera looks like someone did some work making the device. Don’t judge a book. DOES NOT WORK

2 devices that have been trying to connect for last 2 weeks !! Still no luck, unfortunately I purchased this 3 months ago and just not getting around to set it up and it doesn’t work ! I hope I can get my money back!

I bought 2 HD PT cameras. Neither will connect. I tried 6 different devices and still nothing. The only good news is I called customer service and they refunded my money in full for both. The quality is terrible. Spend the extra money on better cameras.
