I truly enjoyed playing this game. It has brought me back memories of searching through Waldo books I had as a child. However, the ads are cruelly too much and cuts me off in the middle of searching items. I know the developers are trying to make money off it, but I suggest an controlled ads for your customers to choose to use ads to earn energies to continue playing. Other than being forced to wait until it was over then have this sudden loss of interest to keep enjoying the game. I hope it’s something for the developers to think about, and I look forward to seeing more. Thank you.

Pay to play, no matter what they say
I have no idea how this app has such a high rating. Initially when you play it, there’s soooooo many ads. I get that. They need to make money somehow. So I paid the $4.99 for the ad free version. Oh but then guess what? You can only collect so many things before you run out of energy?! Of course you can BUY more energy, or wait a stupid amount of time to get more. That negated any fun I’d had with it up until that point. I specifically do not download games with this model, and usually when you pay for a game, you don’t have to deal with that. Honestly feels like a bait and switch. I see the developers in here responding to bad reviews and asking people to reconsider their ratings. Why would anyone change to a good rating for a game that isn’t fun, just on the idea that they might make it fun one day? I played for about 15 min before I ran out of energy, and frankly, I’m going to try to get my $4.99 back. There are other scavenger hunt games on here that you can actually buy and aren’t pay to play.

Fun Game with Big Drawback
The graphics in this game are vibrant and there’s a lot going on in each scene. It’s fun and relaxing to me to play it so I had no problem paying for the ad free version. I also bought some bundles and extra energy. However, I’ve reached the limit for what I’m willing to spend on a game app and I’ll be out of energy soon so I won’t be playing much longer. Each time you find an item you lose an energy point - with some scenes having 172 items to find you run out pretty fast. I know I can watch ads to get more, but the whole point of paying for ad free is to not watch ads. I understand they need to make money somehow, but there are other apps out there where you have unlimited “lives” and have the option to buy more compasses or magnifiers if needed. If they get rid of the energy part at some point I’ll gladly continue playing, but until then I’m done.

I DON’T RECOMMEND PAYING TO REMOVE ADS
I HAVE NEVER EVER PAID TO REMOVE ADS…Never felt it was necessary. However, I paid the 4.99 for this game because their were so many ads it was irritating!!! I’m trying to relax and enjoy. I mean I don’t think I’ve ever been encountered so many ads on a game. Paying to remove ads is a Complete waste of money and it’s extremely irritating to have to continue to endure ads within a matter of seconds constantly and consistently. You ultimately will have to pay for energy to avoid the excessive amount of ads!!!! I honestly feel taken advantage of. I really rarely leave reviews and this may be my first game review. However, I feel like it was absolutely necessary to warn any and everybody so that they don’t waste their money too. I also felt like the developers needed to be aware, but I see that they are already are. Which makes it even more Disappointing.

Can only play in silence
If you’re like me, you don’t want to only listen to the game music. Good news you can turn it off. Bed news you cannot listen to any background audio from other apps. Open audio app & start listening → open game → game app shuts down all other audio. Updating my review for a swift developer response, but the inability to listen to any non-game audio really is a limitation from playing this game for any extended period of time.
Update: despite responding to my issue, there has been no action. Still you cannot play the app and listen to background audio from another app simultaneously. This is a crippling issue prevent me from playing the game more. I just dropped the rating a star b/c there have since been 2 updates but neither have addressed the biggest flaw.

Good game but needs improvement
This game has potential. It’s cute and fun and I enjoy looking at all the things going on in the scene while I’m searching.
What absolutely ruins the game for me, is #1 the ads. Supposedly the amount of ads was reduced recently and if that’s the case, I’d hate to see how many there were before because there’s an ad every one or two minutes now. And #2 the energy. Literally enjoy this game and after five minutes of playing I’m out of game energy and can no longer play because I have to wait for it to refill. Do you really want to limit the amount of play like that? I might be more inclined to pay for no ads if I could actually play the game longer than five min at a time. Absolutely ridiculous.

Wonderful!
This has become one of my very favorite games! One nuisance glitch: playing above level 13 of “Free City” has the 20/20 treasure chest pop up constantly - it won’t disappear so it blocks the center of the screen constantly. I would not normally post this in a review, but have been unable to find a different way to share this concern. The developers might want to add a working link to product support within the app….maybe via the settings button…?

I don’t use the word set up lightly 💁 I really like seek and find games, but I absolutely hate ads! Any game that’s worth its salt ,I will pay for ad remover. Here’s the set up! (1) I paid for ad removal✅ (2)I paid for extra hints✅ Now you’re all set to let the fun-begin! WRONG!!WRONG!! And more WRONG!! (3) Now this greedy creator wants you to pay more to pick an item that’s on the items list! You click the item ,but the game want allow you to pick it unless you buy something else It’s sad because it’s a fun game , but in this world of copy cats, There is always another game exactly like this one or better, another game creator that is an Honest broker.

Energy required to find items
In general, I like the gameplay better than the other scavenger hunt game I have. But this game takes an “energy” point every time you find an item, and only gives you 30 energy points at the start of each scene. It gives you one more point every 2 minutes or you watch an ad to get 5 more points. Some scenes have something like 170 items to find. If you run out of energy, you have to watch an ad to get more. There is a “treasure chest” bonus that gives you energy points after you find 50 items but it’s still a hassle.

Constantly Freezing
I’ve been playing off and on for only a couple days now and loved it. I even paid for the no ad version but the app is constantly freezing now and only pops up ads to buy options and won’t click items anymore. I’ve tried closing and reloading the app several times and without fail it occurs again after a couple minutes. Not sure if this is a flaw or a scam… feels like a waste of money since I can’t even play since paying money for the ad free version.
