Great App for keeping Pickleball score
I had been using another app called Pickleball Scorekeeper to keep score and really liked it but the developer is too busy to make updates.
I noticed the developer’s post for this app in the Pickleball Reddit channel and thought I’d give it a try for a league that I’m playing in because it keeps track of the scores for each game and you can look back at it later. In the league I play in, we play the best of three but still play the 3rd game. Unfortunately, prior to the current update if you exited out of the match before completing all the games you would lose data for any completed games. Due to the responsiveness of the dev, that issue has been resolved! I just need to select a 5 game match and I can abandon the match after my third game and the app now saves all the game info! Great job!
Some things that are still on my wishlist are:
1. Quick start should at least have an option to add me to the match unless lots of people use the app to track games they aren’t playing. 😀 After a QuickStart match, please give us the ability to add players and add them later.
2. Coin toss option
3. Time out option with timer - two one minute timeouts per team for 11 or 15 point game and 3 timeouts for 21 point game. Two minute time out between games.
4. Ability to save data to cloud and export if desired
5. Ability to track player errors. Perhaps a double tap on the player to log?
6. Ability to track skinny or regular singles games and use rally or regular scoring for singles or doubles.
7. Ability to program in how often teams will switch sides and after a specific number of points.
Don’t get me wrong, I really like this app and when/if the dev can make these additional changes it will be the ONLY pickleball scoring app on my watch. Again, great job and thanks for the responsiveness! I highly recommend giving this app a try.

Well executed.
I saw the author's initial post on Reddit. While my first time using the app had some issues, there is one super critical step to take in order to get the best results with this app. READ ALL THE TIPS. Using the watch crown, in particular, for capturing the score is absolutely key in getting a consistent capture. You also need to adjust a few OS settings to optimize getting into the app between points. The author is also putting in the work to make this a great tool and app. I think this is a winner!!!

Great App!
I was using the Pickleball Scorekeeper app for awhile, but saw this one that sounded like it has features the other one lacks. This app is awesome! I LOVE the ability to add player names. It does what it’s supposed to do and it’s FREE! Controls are intuitive, and watch integration is flawless.
There are a couple things that would make it perfect in the 2.0 version or a paid version:
Ability to summarize the games played or export the data so us nerd types can analyze our matches.
A confirmation or undo at the end of a game so if we swipe incorrectly we can undo the game outcome.
If I change teams around it appears to create multiple Apple workouts, instead of just one session/workout.
Overall, this is the best pickleball scorekeeper app I’ve seen. Great work!

I really like this app! Very easy to use. If the app could utilize Bluetooth or similar to broadcast live score updates to other watches or to other players with Apple Watches, that would be a exceptional addition. Thank you
