Standup Workouts Timer is an exercise app that promotes physical activity and improves health by guiding you through "tabata" workouts (High Interval Intensity Training). They require no equipment and help you lose weight and belly fat by burning a lot of calories. All the workouts can be done at home or at work.
Choose existing workouts like core, lower body, upper body, and cardio, or create customized workouts by choosing from over 50+ exercises. Configure the handy Stand Up Timer to prompt you periodically to take a walk to improve your circulation, indicating your preferred walk duration.
Consult your doctor to ensure certain workouts are appropriate to your current level of health and physical ability. It is highly recommended to do warm-up and stretches before a high-intensity workout. The developer of this application takes no responsibility for any injuries that may occur during the workouts.
FEATURES:
4 free workouts ranging from upper body, lower body, abs, and cardio. The App still provides the ability to modify the existing predefined workouts by selecting and unselecting the exercises. The App also allows to create the user-defined workouts based on the exercises available.
Tabata workouts (choose which exercises you want to do). This module is mainly created so that the user can create the longer workouts for after work. This workout activity can be performed in the gym with exercise equipment or at home.
Stand Up Timer - You can define the break intervals and enable the notifications, so that you can receive reminders during the regular intervals to take a break and perform exercises.
The reminder notifications will be disabled if you don't open the App for a week

A must-have workout app for daily use

Great App for being active
I used this app mostly to be reminded to stand up and become active while working on schoolwork. I liked how I could set specific time intervals when I wanted to stand up, so I wasn’t being lazy and sitting down for the whole day. Also, the tabata workouts were great as it made me sweat a lot and burned a lot of calories. Great app for people who work all day and do not have time to go to the gym.

My favorite app for daily workouts
I always wanted some guidance to create my workouts and was never sure how to create a schedule for the week and then I found this app. This app is perfect for me as It lists out the exercises, show me the correct way of doing it and tells me what muscle group I am working on. Additionally, I can also create my weekly schedule to make sure I am working out all my muscle groups throughout the week.

Loving it.. One of the best Workout App
I have tried many exercise and workout apps over the years but this app is certainly one of the best. It has almost everything from beginners to Pro's. During pandemic days I was looking for something simple and easy way to stay active particularly during working from home times. I'm really enjoying the workouts and highly recommend this app.

Can customize my own workout finally!
After trying so many Apps in last few years finally got something that is user friendly, I can either pick any workout or I get to choose my own workout and can do at my own pace , it tell you how much time you spent working out and how many calories you burnt, it’s a win win for me!
