SuperLive Plus Hack 1.12.1 + Redeem Codes

This is a great app but it can improve with certain basic upgrades that would make it more useful and easier to use. I don’t know how else to give constructive feedback so I am doing it here. For example, please allow for easier fast forwarding to a certain time so we can pick the time we want to review. Right now is so hard to find a time i need, especially on a phone (which is the only place I have been able to use it). Once I find a time I want to review, please make it so I can switch between cameras of the same time so I can record images of the same event from different angles without having to start my time-consuming search all over. It would be great to be able to view and save selected cameras at the same time and in the same video. Also, if I leave the app open and I switch to another app (eg to get a text), the app doesn’t work and I have to exit completely and re-start. Please fix the glitches for an even better app. Thank you.

We had been in maintenance with CAM for more than a decade. For cameras, for 2 years. On 10-21, I called for the cameras not working. I was told by Racheal it was probably the tan box distribution machine which was covered under maintenance. If CAM came in 10-21, and it was not, I would have continued the maintenance program which expired in 10-27, the exact day when a technician was available to check. Timing was not good. My camera maintenance ended in 10-27 and I was not onsite to extend the policy. My sister went and got a surge protector, and when I return, I will buy a backup. If timing was better and I was there, we would have continued the maintenance. I tried to schedule an emergency appt and was willing to pay more to have it checked before I left, this was not available snd I was told to wait till 10-27.
CAM has always been supportive but this incident was unfortunate. We did not want to escalate to Asa snd tried to follow your protocol. I will call when I return to Hawaii. Thank you.

This system is great. I am an actual customer. I am not getting compensated in any way. At last I can finally keep my eyes on what’s going on around our ranch. It does everything and more. The audio is why we picked this one. Oh, and the fact that there are NO MONTHLY CHARGES! I have it all on our Network Video Recorder. The only thing we had to supply is a monitor. They even included a mouse. And last but certainly not least is the price. Our friends don’t believe it. And I was very very skeptical. But it’s true. The set-up was relatively painless. It is intuitive for the most part. And you get all the goodies that come with it. Wait. I forgot Customer Support. It’s fantastic. Very fast response time and doesn’t make me feel like a dummy. As you can see, I am in love with my Security System. I am a real person, a MAC user living in California, USA. Thank you, ONWOTE.

Overall, I like the app. However I have had some struggles with using some of the functions. Somehow, I lost the cameras on my iPad. I was trying all different things to bring them back up and hit some button and now all I get on the screens is a coffee cup icon. No matter where I have looked or what I have tried, I have been unable to restore the cameras to my iPad. This has been very frustrating. I am waiting to hear back from the individual who installed the cameras to see if he can help. I am also not happy that the only way to view the cameras from my computer is to bring up Internet explorer and type in the IP address. I should be able to use a more current browser such as Microsoft edge or Google Chrome. And I should be able to access my account via a URL. Lastly, I forgot my password and cannot figure out how to reset it. I have been unable to find a reset my password function. I am down to one more attempt and if so unsuccessful I will be locked out and then I will have no way to access my system.

This is a great app I have been using this for past one year it has few glitches but the admin is always on top of it.
The only problem I feel is the remote video quality. It starts with almost HD but in about 2 to 3 seconds the quality drops. May be I don’t have it set correctly but I have tried every setting. Over all great product keep up the good work and Thank you.
UPDATE: October 8th update. The sound has almost disappeared can hardly hear remote sound live. Volume button on the phone don’t work either this new update needs to be fixed please.

So the daycare where my daughters attend offered me to use this app to watch them daily and I thought it was a great idea to have 24/7 access to live feeds at my daughters daycare. It was a total hit (so I thought). I login to this app for the first time and when I did it kept telling me that the IP address was wrong, when it wasn’t. I tried it and my husband tried it and we both kept getting the error. So then we deleted the app and reloaded it to our phone, tried the set up again and it worked. Although the screens are relatively small and you can’t actually see the faces on the live feed, we thought it could still be useful. After a week using it, the live feed kept saying that there was an error and we couldn’t watch the live feeds any longer. We reached out to the daycare and they told us that we had to erase the info on the account, delete the account, then start a new account again. We are so disappointed and just frustrated by this app.

Previous version 1.7.7 App was working fine on my iOS 14 iPhone. Installed the update a few days ago and now when I get a notification on my phone and tap it, the app crashes, returns to my Home Screen. Then when I restart the app a pop-up pane says “Oops ~ your app is crashing” See Details, then after clicking on the privacy statement that also pops up, it generates and uploads a bug report. However, the app works fine if I open it directly from the Home Screen icon - displays all of my live camera feeds - app stays up just fine then. It only crashes when tapping on the the notification panes. Version 1.7.7 worked flawlessly. Otherwise the app versions prior to 1.8.0 have been stable and reliable. Wish there was a way to retrograde to previous version.

App would be great, but the flaw is that one cannot get a connection (time out and no connection errors) most of the time and even if it works, it will take several minutes to establish a connection. Even, once a connection is established, just selecting the next camera will take endless time for getting a picture. This happens on a high speed WI-FI and very fast cellular connection and the NVR is connected to a gigabit internet service. It used to be much faster with almost instant connection and camera view, but over the past 12 months it is steadily getting worse. If your camera system comes with this App, look elsewhere, as it defeats the purpose. I am not even talking about issues with playback, etc. It came with an expensive security system install about 2 years ago and now the system is rendered useless by this App.

How do you keep the Camera Lens clear. Each time it rains, it leaves spots on the exterior cover of the camera Lens so you can’t see images at night. The cover have to be physically wiped off each time it rains. I have eight cameras and it is difficult to keep the Len covers cleaned. The Mobile App is not reliable. Periodically various cameras goes offline on the mobile app, but are working on the home monitor. My system is wired, however the mobile app requires Wi-Fi to monitor the cameras. Can’t determine what’s causing it. I have had experts to come out and check the network and they say the network is working fine.

Why is it so difficult for o view cameras through the mobile application. The updates are not improving cameras access through the Mobile App.

I been with this company for awhile now an still having problems. Doorbell chimes not connected I have called them out about 6x’s or more to connect them at all my homes. When the tech gets there they tell me that they don’t do that an leave. I have five accounts for all my Group homes an I told them a specific date to take out they take out when they want too. Cameras goes out all the time. Can’t ever reach anyone you have to stay on hold 2 hours or longer to speak with someone. They answer most of the time an hang up. Then you call back on hold again for hours. It’s sad I want to cancel my accounts an they said $200 for early termination for each accounts. My mother camera an doorbell ring is sitting on her table an cameras still in the box. The guy just put up the base for the ring an left.
