Theratrak is a mobile app for occupational therapists to create customised therapy home programs for children.

Theratrak is a mobile app that allows occupational therapists to capture meaningful information from therapy sessions and create customised home programs for children.

Therapists have access to a database of therapeutic activity scaffolds which they can easily access within a therapy session. Therapists then attach photos and videos to create highly personal home programs, individual to each client’s needs. This allows the therapist to grade the activities to the child’s abilities and give specific verbal and written notes about task completion.

Therapists can use this tool concurrently with therapy sessions, helping to reduce the amount of lost paperwork or forgotten material.

Theratrak gives your patient digital access to the home program you prescribe, so that they continue with their treatment, better informed about their program, enabling them to take charge of their health.

Theratrak has partnered with Microsoft cloud storage to ensure enterprise-grade security. Your account is password protected, and available only to the therapist or the client.

Thanks for using Theratrak! We’re always listening to your feedback. In this release we’ve improved our integration capability - you can now:
- connect Lumary and Cliniko to your app
- search and select participants from your case manager system
- and automatically save programs into your case notes.
Simply add your case manager on the clinic portal and tap the search icon on the top right when adding a new participant to your app. It’s that simple. Reach out if you have any questions.

You can now upload your clinic's own media right into the clinic portal. We've really turned up the dial on customising your client's home programs. Specialised in a certain field or already have branded content (PDFs, Images, Videos)?... then make your clinic stand out! Attach your clinic’s media to relevant activities and each time they’re used by therapists in your clinic, the clinic content will automatically appear - saving even more time setting up home programs. Clinic content is only visible to therapists set up in your clinic portal. Creating an online library that is unique to your brand. It's what you've all been asking for. Now, go wild and make your clinic shine!
