Great app but I have some suggestions
Overall this app is helping me a lot in my football journey and I just wanted to say if you ever looking to enhance your football career than this is the app for you. It gives you step by step instructions on drills for different positions. It also has fitness and recovery training too. I suggestion I have is that you guys should start having a diet plans that pro footballers use. I been struggling a lot on what and what not to eat also which foods are more beneficial to my body as a footballer. I also suggest having more of a variety of stretching seasons for the off days or games days. I don’t know I think it would help on what to do after or before matches you know. Well those are all the suggestions I have about this app but the rest is awesome. Love y’all and take care.

Too much equipment needed
I was thinking of trying out train effective as a easy way to just train in my backyard or at my local field without ouch equipment but when I went in and I went to the schedules sessions it gave me I saw lots of stuff that I was gonna need and that I needed a lot of space which wasn’t really going to work cause at my local soccer field there are a lot of people there and I can’t just take up half the fields. So then I went to the weekly stuff for a weekly program and there was so much things I needed. 4 balls, foam roller, agility ladder, half a field, a wall, and some other stuff. Now while train effective I feel can be good if you have everything it needs and have the money to pay for pro. But if you don’t and just looking for a way to train alone without having to buy a bunch of equipment and having to bring it to a soccer field which is difficult for most kids who have to go by bike then it won’t be that good to use.

I love this app
I’ve only had the app for a few days and it’s amazing. I feel like i’ve gotten a lot better with my touches. But there is a problem that keeps happening. I go in to log an activity and after it lets me do that i try to go to the process thing to check my progress and it won’t let me and it says theirs an error but i’ve been able to go to the feed and all the other stuff. I’ve been able to log in stuff before but i happens when i log in the last one and it’s been everyday but one. What should i do?

Update: they made things right (formerly No support)
Update: someone eventually got back to me via email, and they deleted my account. I didn’t ask for a refund, and just wrote it off as a lost cause. Imagine my surprise when I looked at my credit card statement and saw a refund. Thank you, Train Effective, for making things right.

Great app for footballers
Amazing app overall for players looking to level up their game , this app provides drills for different positions and they help you complete every drill step by step . I use this almost everyday to help develop my skills. but one thing I would suggest is that when existing the app there should be an option to pause and resume where you left off because once you exit the app while on a workout all the progress are gone . so it would be helpful to add this feature other than that the app is really amazing

However, there is one tactic video that doesn’t show up: “Ball on the ground vs the Air”
Also, there are defensive and attacking midfielder tactic sessions, but I don’t see any regular center mid ones. Did you mean for the defensive to be the central cm too?
Another thing: I would love to see some tutorial videos on how to perform in certain situations, for example, how to defend an attacker dribbling right at you.

Good but one problem
This app is overall great for training and it helps me to get better but one annoying this that I have to deal with is the pro membership literally 90% of all of the things need pro to use and I find it quite frustrating because there are some really good types of training and videos I would like to watch but I can only watch 2 because the rest are all for pro. In conclusion what I am trying to say it that they should have less stuff for pro because it’s like you need pro to even use the app.

Great app but some small bugs
The app is great for logging your training sessions, workouts, and recovery sessions. It also gives you good training sessions to do based off your position and I use the app almost every day! But there is one problem, when doing the drills sometimes the app will say “drill completed” even when there is a minute left of the drill. It’s not too bad of a glitch since you can just restart the app but it can get annoying if you’re having a bad session and have to keep restarting.

Great App
I love this app as it gives options for training and also motivation to continue in my football journey. However they recently have lowered the amount of workouts/exercises that are available for free. They have a pro subscription plan that unlocks everything but it’s a bit pricy. The only bad thing about this app is there aren’t much options for free-users and I hope they will move some stuff from pro-features to free. I love this app suggest it to anyone wanting to improve in football.

One of the best training apps I’ve used
I’ve tried multiple football training apps, and this one is the best I’ve used. I’m a college-aged football player, and this app really helps when I’m trying to balance school work and training. This app offers a numerous amount of exercises to help improve your game. Even without the membership program, you still have a lot to work with. If you wanna improve your game, I’d recommend this app!
