Rylovesme01,
Alright
It seems about right for the price vs Fitbit. 1) I recommend getting a native English speaker to write the manual and notes in the app, if this will be sold in America. They’re not clear enough to follow, other than what is intuitive. I’d rather have nothing written in the comments under heart rate evaluation and sleep disturbances, etc., thank the ridiculous nonsense currently written.
2) I’ve had it for about a week now, and it’s beginning to get better about my heart rate and steps. It was significantly off for the first 5 days, missing 4 hour chunks of sleep and thousands of steps.
3) Fatigue assessment seems like a magic 8 ball. I was up all night with insomnia one tight, two hours of sleep tracked coupled with very low heart rate and EXHAUSTION, and the next day my “fatigue” was tracked as “good condition.” The following night, i slept great for 7 hours, and it called my condition “moderate fatigue” and gives me this nonsensical tip (I am underweight with a condition that causes low heart rate): obesity can increase the burden on the heart, heart rate is accelerated, so the obese people to exercise, adjust the diet to maintain suitable weight.” Lol thanks?
4) Can’t figure out what “Training Program” and “Take Exercise” buttons/sections on the app are or how to utilize them. Maybe some English instructions?
5) Been afraid to check the waterproof feature, so no comment yet.
No Fuss Banker,
The watch together with WearFit 2.0 app is useful and worth it
I charged my watch for 2.5 hrs. I downloaded WearFit 2.0. I input info about my health. I was able to to “search” and “bind” the watch immediately. The next day , I might have disconnected somehow because I wanted to see if I’m able to connect 2 watches at the same time. I spent the whole next day trying to figure out how to reconnect. I read troubleshooting tips. I deleted, then reloaded the app. I turned my iPhone off, then back on. It kept saying that it didn’t find the device. So I finally tried one last thing.... I went into my iPhone SETTINGS. I went to Bluetooth. I tapped on the name of the device that was listed, and I tapped “forget this device”. This now gave the app a blank canvas to work with. Now it acted as if I was starting from new. I went into the WearFit 2.0 app, tapped search.......then it immediately found and listed my watch. So I tapped it and it connected!!!! Hooray!! All the important vital signs are taken with this watch and app. HEART RATE, BLOOD PRESSURE, OXYGEN SATURATION, BODY TEMPERATURE, EKG. Of course it does what other health watches do like count steps, calories, time clock, stopwatch, notifies me of phone calls, etc. This watch together with the WearFit 2.0 app is great!!!!
trtrtgfdr,
Ok watch
I owned another watch paid a little more for it and I loved it it stopped working so I decided to try this one cheaper then my last watch and I can tell I find that it takes better measurement when I turn it to the underside of my wrist and the fatigue part I really don’t under stand and the instructions should be wrote by someone who speaks English in America the watch looks good I love the selection of faces I think the choices of exercises should be more realistic and made for someone who goes to the gym and workout not just runners have more to say but I think I am going to get me other watch fixed but I will use this one also if for nothing more the look it really look great and if it worked the way it looked it would be a great watch but with that being said it is an ok watch
Gadget1107,
Did someone say battery?
I received my tracker and charged it a full 24 hours before use. First day it was great. Battery lasted almost three days. Was not expecting the quality of the expensive ones so I thought I can be ok with it. Now it spends more time on the Charger than my arm. Charged it for over 24 hours and batter is almost gone in approximately 13 hours. Why bother. Instruction manual was a very difficult to read and understand. Extremely tiny print and broken English directions. It also said it would monitor BP, but doesn’t have that icon. It has 2 programs that I still don’t know what they are for and it won’t keep the time on 12 hour instead of military. I also apparently never sleep. It is waterproof in the shower and it did keep track of steps and HR, but only during charged times. I tried to send feedback through the app, but it won’t take it. Red flag!! I wasn’t expecting the dynamics of a more expensive tracker, but I believe I have wasted my money on this one. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for. I’ll get a new Fitbit.
maricarbo,
Wearfit 2.0
The watch works on its own but it does not communicate with the app. The app was downloaded twice, and I turned my phone off and turned it back on again, and it crashes in 5 seconds. As soon as the app is opened it crashes. Please fix it. I have tried removing approximately 10 other apps from my phone just to give it more memory/space...that did not work. It crashed anyway. So I tried downloading the previous wear-fit app. That one does not crash on my phone but it will not bind to my phone. It cannot connect to it. So I am left with a watch that does not have an app to use with it. My phone is an iPhone 6S +. My IOS is 13.3 and it is up to date. Please fix the app so that I might use it. If you can’t fix this app then please have the previous version, Wearfit, (the white and green one that has the green heart with the white person inside with outstretched arms), recognize my phone and watch because that one does not crash on my phone. I can see all the pages and things it does. It just doesn’t recognize the F8 watch, which is the watch I have.
My ARDS,
Steps counter is completely off
HR Is accurate, pulse ox is accurate, not sure about BP haven’t double checked it yet, however, steps are way off I’ve gone clear down to setting of 8 Inches per step to 38 and many numbers in between and it never reads accurate it typically over reads by quite a bit(i’ve measured my steps and I should be 35 inches approximately but nothing as I’ve mentioned seems to get the steps to read accurately on this phone )
I’ve reset the phone after I change the settings and of course save the settings, nothing seems to make this thing be accurate in steps, it simply overeads no matter what setting I have it on...And yes, when I change the setting I leave it on for a significant amount of time, sometimes an entire day, just to check how it reads. I have a Garman also that I want to replace with this. I have checked the Garman over and over and it reads accurately on my steps.
KLewRN,
At least the HR is relatively accurate
I tried to send in feedback through the app, but it wouldn’t submit it so I will just put my feedback here...

1. There should be HR alerts for when your HR goes over a certain level. I’m impressed that the HR is accurate for the most part, but I would still like to be alerted if my HR is abnormally high when I’m not exercising.
2. The HR data should also cross over to the Health App on my iPhone. The steps cross over, so why can’t the HR data cross over also?
3. The sleep quality evaluator only gives me a 3 hour increment and I know I slept more than 3 hours. For last night, on the home page with all the little boxes it says I slept over 7 hours, but when I go to the sleep page there is no data. This function needs work.
Joel Croc,
My app identifies the watch as W3 - the heart rate and blood pressure are not correct
The blood pressure is way off from a real cuff it is useless. The steps track with what my phone says , I took off the watch and compared it with the watch later it was close.
The display only scrolls down can’t back up so if you pass the screen you want you have to continue to scroll to get back to where you were.
I like looking at the weather, have not found where to set this. Like one of the other post the English portion of instructions are vague.
For the cost it will track time and steps not sure I trust the other functionality of the watch.
AJ6686,
Okay
This is a okay watch. I am good with steps one day and then the next it doesn’t calculate any steps and have to unbind it then rebind it to my phone to start doing steps again and most of the times that doesn’t work either. So therefore it vibrates all day to two me to move but then I have and it hasn’t calculated anything for me. So for the price it’s okay but doesn’t work half of the time for me. Have emailed support about it and haven’t received anything back from them and was told I would within 24-48 hrs going on 72 hrs now. The watch at least works and has much has I like the step calculator at least the watch pet still works. Doesn’t give me notifications from my phone at all really even though I have it setup to do so. So it should prob get a 1star to be honest.
donna david,
Problems
I ordered this because it was supposed to give me an ekg. It does not. The watch will not stay on 12 hour time. It changes itself to 24 hour time. Last night I plugged it in to charge it snd this morning it no longer has a lighted screen which means I can no longer use it for anything. When I tried to give feed back to the sight it will not accept any information. Unless it is replaced, I have had the watch about 7 to 7 1/2 months, i would have to say this is not a good investment.
Now a few months later it will no not charge or even try to charge. So it will not even light up. I can get through to anyone to try to get it replaced.
Don’t buy this.
