hey guys, i am expecting a little in flight chick keychain, a pink angel (of lilo and stitch) plush, a weird looking baby yoda keychain, and a rilakkuma bear plush. i just put all of them in for shipping and i’m not trying to be dramatic or anything but if i don’t receive these prizes (and i mean THESE prizes, i don’t want anything else) i will literally blow a gasket. i’m only giving this app 4 stars at the moment because while i had a great time playing, i don’t have the little buddies that i RIGHTFULLY won yet. i will be keeping this situation in my prayers and hopefully i will be able to update this review at a later date as the proud mother of four new little friends. to the developers of this app, you have the chance to earn my fifth star, simply make sure my friends get here soon and safely. best wishes everyone. i know that the world is a really scary place these days with covid and kim jong un and everything but together we can do this. keep your heads high and your hearts open. sorry y’all, didn’t mean to get political there. anyways!!! hope everyone is having a great day, a VERY happy new year to each and every one of you!! 2021!!! here we come! wouldn’t want to be doing it without each and every one of you at my side! love you guys!!! bye!!!!!

It’s a good app and all but it’s a scam, the prices are way to expensive considering I could just go the almost any store and pay less, yes there is a less chance of winning them, but that leads to my next point. This app is cool because from what I’ve seen the machines aren’t rigged unlike ones you would see at your local grocery store, but to actually get good prizes you have to pay even more then you already do just to play one in general. Third, most of the machines don’t even have the product that’s advertised, I was watching someone play for a “Mystery Pokémon Pop It” but then I realized that the prizes were just eggs, so then when the next person decided to go I went to another machine that I remembered to have eggs in it, and to my surprise the claws were continuing the exact same motion as the machine I viewed before. Therefore showing that you could either get something for cheaper or just not know what you’re getting at all, which isn’t something most people like, and there are other claws that do this on here such as multiple different ones where all you can win is a stress soccer ball, now I don’t know if this has to do with them just running out of stock or what, but from what how much money it looks like they are earning from this app, there shouldn’t be that many with different prizes.

Something to do
Just don’t expecting to actually win anything of value. Don’t get me wrong, I love my junk, but because I’m well versed in junk, I can tell you with 200% certainty that all the base items are from places like Wish. It’s actually kind of offensive when you realized how much cash you used to convert to tokens that get you the same items that are only 3 bucks elsewhere. That being said, I’m also salty that I actually won a few items and thinking I was slick I was swapping for tickets to save for the supposed high dollar items they have.. well I looked at their cheap ticket items.. all the same stuff but they want twice as many tickets for the items. Like how are they gonna charge me 280 tokens for a Mario keychain, and when I win it they allow me to trade it for 400 tickets, but when I see the same items for purchase with same tickets, they are worth 5000 tickets. Also my screen froze up on me twice during two different games.. I wrote customer service but we will see if I ever get my 600 tokens back. anyway, rant over. If you like claw games and want to do it for the fun and not logic of it, then it’s just fine.

Horrible App never playing again
I have spent over $500+ on this app and will never play it again. I overlooked a lot of its flaws since I found it fun but recently I have been completely disappointed in how they are run. They replied to me before saying they do not have payout rates when they clearly do. You cannot explain why the claw drops the prize and doesn’t even close and not say that’s a payout rate? Okay if it’s always at that strength, then good luck trying to win since you’ll never get a grip no matter how well you center the claw around the prize.

One of the Top 5 Claw Machine Apps
I like this game a lot. They offer a wide selection of prizes. You have to be strategic when your picking which games to participate in. I have won 20 times. You can keep your prize or swap it for tickets and the more tickets you save up the better the prize. Tbh, I don’t mind the wait for receiving the prize. I usually get prizes within 2-6 weeks. I rated it four stars just because the cameras aren’t exactly at the best angles to view the crane, they’re some minor glitches to the camera and crane, and some of the games, IMO, you only win by luck. I also wish there were more game options instead of the same game for multiple prizes. Now, some machines your not gonna win by playing one time. You’ll have to spend a good amount of your tokens to win the more expensive prizes because they are med/difficult games. The great thing is they give you tokens everyday for signing in, discounts on purchases, and refund your tokens for glitchy games. If you like claw machines, you should definitely try this game out!

Deceiving & Difficult to win anything substantial
If you are playing for free, this is a fun App. If you are playing with real money, prepare to lose a lot. The games with substantial prizes are nearly impossible to win as the claws don’t hold the items long enough to get them to the drop area. There is not nearly enough tension to pick up some of the boxes for more than a second or so. Also, when you exchange a prize for tickets, the exchange rate is substantially less than what you can purchase the item for in the ticket store. One example is I won an item and exchanged it for about 20,000 tickets. When I looked at the item in the store, it cost 49,000!!! I contacted support to see if I could reverse my decision and they stated I could not, but they will let you change your mind and take tickets instead for as long as you want. I see no reason for a 29,000 ticket difference for an item and then not allowing someone to change their mind. Essentially, if you hit the wrong button, which is easy to do in the App, you are stuck if it didn’t work out in your favor. Support is very responsive but the setup of this App itself is just not fair to the users playing with real money. I would suggest to stay away unless you are coming to play for free and win small toys.

The Only GREAT Claw Machine Game
There are been quite a few real claw machine apps that I’ve downloaded and tried. And after going through all the poorly designed ones, the ones that scam players out of money by offering cheap prizes you could get cheaper by just buying them, I finally found this one. This app not only has the best variety of real arcade games, but they work well and aren’t rigged to not work as they should. Also, they prizes are great! I won a big bag of candy just by accumulating my daily free tokens that all players receive daily, which would probably cost $10 on an online store. And as far as I can tell, shipping is faster and much more reliable than with any other mobile claw machine app. Processing takes a bit from my experience, but I had an item that shipped just 3 days ago and arrived today which was incredibly fast. So if you’re looking for a claw machine app that’s fair, has great prizes, great customer service and fast shipping then look no further because this app is the best available!

Isn’t actually free
So, I thought this looked cute but too good to be true, and I was right. If you put money into it, I don’t know, maybe with paying it’s legit, but at the very least it isn’t free, which is not cool. On start up it shows free plays on all the games, so I randomly picked one (had I known it would change I would have picked something different), and played until I won something. Can’t receive without making an account, okay, fair enough, so I did that. Suddenly, none of the games are free but cost coins, almost all of the coins they gave you free for ONLY ONE play. Picked a machine, and unsurprisingly, I lost. Okay, so I can earn coins and try again after watching a bazillion ads etc fine; I’ll just go redeem what I did win instead - wrong! You have to BUY tokens if you want to ship it.
The thing is, the game was cute. I would have been satisfied just to play for free and not actually be able to ship any real life prize for free, which honestly, I wasn’t gullible enough to expect, but you can’t even do that unless you do something to get free coins, which is a shame. And I don’t mean something realistic. 5 coins for watching an ad when the cheapest game is 150 coins is not a fair amount. Bye Felicia!

Far from a scam. Best Claw/crane game EVER
I am here to say that this app is definitely not a scam I have one many many items that I have had delivered to my door and another benefit of this is once you become a VIP which the initial purchase is like three dollars you permanently have free shipping. You get free tokens just for logging in daily plus other achievements like having your first prize shipped or winning your first prize you also get free tokens for logging in seven days in a row as well as other things so I am here to say yet again this app is far from a scam yes some of the prizes are hard to win whereas others are super easy but it’s fun and i’ve literally won over 20 prizes most of which I’ve had sent/delivered to my door others I have swapped out for tickets that I’m actually saving up so I can get something from the winner circle so please do not doubt this app it’s better than Chloe any other machine out there including those that are in actual arcades or grocery stores even.

Fun game to play and check in daily. The real life claw machine is super cool! You get tokens daily for logging in, bonus tokens for achievements, free plays, and even random tokens! They also run a lot of promos. It’s great for those who want to pay and those who don’t. I’ve only bought one pack of tokens and just collect my daily tokens to earn up for prizes I want to try for. I’ve already won 3 prizes since signing up in end of December. Shipping takes some time, but they let you know that it could take up to 8 weeks before even ordering so you aren’t surprised. Customer service is also great and quick to respond! If you ever have an issue with a machine just email them and they will fix it! I had an issue with a machine and they refunded me my tokens almost instantly. They have a discord where players can interact with each other, get tips, post wins/issues, and chat with the workers which is awesome! They also have a great tik tok!
