I started using the cameras several years ago. The problem with cameras losing connection continues unfortunately. When they work, they work really well. When they don’t….we’ll, they don’t.
The latest quirk in the app is that when you try to view the camera in landscape mode, the image flips sideways on the screen. The company is aware of this, but it doesn’t seem to be a priority to fix the problem .
I recently purchased a Wyze camera. Very happy with those cameras. Less expensive, and customer support is much better. Wish X10 would get their act together re: their cameras. I don’t really want to change to a different system but need to see evidence of better customer support from X10.
