I can’t get my game to open up. It just goes to a black screen. I’ve turned my iPad off and restarted it. That usually fixes a problem like this. But it didn’t . Please help I love to play the game!!

I was so happy when I started playing this game as an alternative from gardens of time ...
However in the recent past... you guys keep raising the amount of gold it takes to get one item for a collection by at least three times each , then decrease only to increase again the amount of silver it costs to play a scene in the airship... and on top of that add no new missions in the last 6 months ... I’ve had the same “collection” missions that I completed on my own before they even started no other quests ..
That s ridiculous it makes not even want to play it anymore please change either the amount of collection items needed or the price of each...

Ad Causes Game to Lock Up, Spelling is Poor
I enjoy this game, but currently, if I view the ad for Final Fantasy XV, A New Empire, after the ad is done, it gives no option to exit back to my actual game. I can download FFXV, which I don’t want, and nothing else. I only view the ads to get extra rewards or enter rooms, so when this happens, I lose the thing I was going for. I think an issue such as this is why I stopped playing some time ago.
Also, please learn to spell ‘lose’ and a few other things. Seeing ‘You will loose’ whatever constantly makes me crazy.

Ad colony ads
They freeze my game and I have to reboot all the time. Other ads don’t seem to do that. I can’t find anyplace except for here to write a comment. Otherwise it’s a fun game

Love it but needs bug fixes
I really enjoy playing this game but I'm sick and tired of it stealing my stuff when I'm not playing. I bought all the items for the portal with the exception of 1 and when I returned later to play and purchase the last item, all the other items were gone!!!
This is the same for collection items including scrolls, fangs, swords, ect which I spent money on, but didn't have enough to purchase all to complete the collection.
It also will not let me into the hunters room or the bathroom. It says I do not have enough money. Before it said I had to reach a certain level to unlock... Now that I've achieved that level it will not let me in.
One more thing, I notice some of the items on text mode turn out to be a different item. I know one was a archery bow, yet the word was something completely different.
I think if you can work out the bugs, this would be an awesome game, but it very frustrating at this point. Please get these bugs fixed!!!

Mystery manor is a mystery with a few flaws
Last update did fix some bugs but my collected special items still disappear which doesn't allow me to gather many collections. Serious flaw that has stopped usability of the game... The game use to be better!!
Still waiting for the next update to fix the disappearing special items. Not worth playing since the last update.😞i hope they fix the problem of no saved items soon.
The last update wiped out all my accumulated items. I also don't understand why my level dropped from 50 to 44, although when my level had reached 50 before the update it never got any higher than 50 no matter how much i played. I hope it doesn't cap out at 50 again and i would like my special items back too!! I wish I hadn't up dated. 😠

It only allows a few minutes play and then I have to wait nearly all day to re-energize to play again, even when I have repeated successful rooms. The makers should restore partial energy for finding everything in a room.

Could be great but....
It's fun and all that. But objects are misnamed which is confusing (butterfly is a bow tie, bow is a bowl in certain levels, paintbrush is a toothbrush). Also, I can't get into the cript it takes my pocket watches but doesn't let me in. Also the quests and collections are confusing to figure out which room to find the object. Also, it's a pain to scroll through all the collections to find the one you are looking for. Also, it is confusing when it tells you to find things in the laboratory (there is no such room, it means workshop). But my biggest annoyance is now it doesn't give me new quests and no matter how many times i go to the room to complete the bloody mask collection it NEVER gives me what i need. I have searched the bathroom probably 100 times and it still wont give me the claw glove. Now i have opened new rooms yet this doesnt trigger new quests. So all i have is cript and bathroom to search and i cant get into the cript so the bathroom scene is getting old fast! Even with all this chaos I still enjoy the game, however if it doesn't give new quests soon I will delete. Get all this fixed and the game would be 5 stars.
