Description

GAME DESCRIPTION

We have all had enough of those cliché fantasy worlds with brave knights, ladylike elves and little people obsessed with jewellery. Generia is just another of those worlds... Thankfully there are evil barbarians coming to plunder, impale, drink beer, use inappropriate language and generally to make things interesting. And guess what? It's you who will lead them!

Go back to the days when you thought real time strategy games were awesome. But this time you don't need to spend a whole hour to just win a skirmish. Jump right into battle and use your rusty strategic and tactical skills to crush hundreds of enemies within minutes! Crush Your Enemies has everything you like in strategy games: planning, choosing different types of units, managing resources, taking enemy territory and outwitting your opponents with the ingenious formations of your men. Only of this strategic goodness is packed into a tight and intense experience you can enjoy no matter how little time you have.

nxoxn,
Good but with some issues.
The game is fun but has some issues that affect it.

1) The AI is able to micromanage actions in a way a player has no hope of replicating. There should be a pause feature to allow the player to issue multiple commands.

2) Taking over tiles isn't consistent or at least it isn't explained clearly. When a player takes over tiles sometimes any disconnected enemy tiles will be automatically taken over. But if you put a dummy down and take over that same tile then the disconnected tiles are not taken over. Also sometimes it looks like disconnected enemy tiles should be taken over but they are not. Frustrating when the game does not behave as you anticipate.

3) The archer unit. When the AI has it it's oppressive. It locks the player down before they can run away. When the player has it it doesn't seem to lock down anyone. Feels inconsistent and it's not clear how to do what the AI is doing.

4) While some may enjoy it I find the meta humor to be a wee bit too much.
AmesMoore,
Bloody strategy + new content = brutal fun!
It is not common to find a premium strategy game that features 2 player mode. Crush Your Enemies! not only grants me my wish but encourages me to crush others any way I see fit..whether it be by "getting a quick one with a stranger", locally on a single iPad, or on 2 separate devices - it doesn't matter!
The original game was pretty good but recent updates have really made this a 5 star game. Not only is there more game (warriors, maps, missions, etc.) but gameplay itself has been tweaked in all the right places - oooh yeah! If you played before the update, I urge you to play again. If you have not played this game, I recommend this game for ALL of its features. The campaign gets incredibly challenging and of course the multiplayer makes this a "MUST HAVE"!
Maxthepro4,
Difficult for mobile
When I first got the game it was a great start to understand the game mechanics since they were great to know and it was simple but as I kept on proceeding with the campaigns things became a whole lot harder from clicking on the wrong unit and leading them to their death even though they were vital to beat the level and not only that there was so much action happening on the screen you don’t know what to do except for the ai which destroys everything you had and the next thing you know you lose. It will probably take about 6 to 8 tries until you figure out what to do and then 3 tries trying to get three heads and perfect it also can you please add a difficulty meter so people can choose weather or not they are gonna rage and throw there phone across the room or enjoy a great strategy game for those who play easy mode.
ObSeCuR1ty,
One of the best games I've played in ages
I totally recommend buying this game. It is worth all the money.
Noob gamer 12345,
Absolute trash
First off the game is so unfair for you like one mission that I just played had you with one recruitment building and a soldier building while your enemy. Has three recruitment buildings, two soldier buildings, and one archer building and around the map there were three crossbow towers
wind drift,
Good game
I like this game! Hope it update more quickly!
Usually dont write reviews but,
Would give 5 stars if not for this issue
This is a really excellent strategy game. I really nice take on those old strategy flash games like civilization wars. You get a decently sized campaign for the free version and tons of extra content and missions in the $5 paid version.

MY ONE GRIPE THOUGH is with the audio. I always play games with the audio turned off and instead I would be playing music/podcasting while playing. However, the game overrides music/podcast audio EVEN IF you set the audio slider to 0. I know this is might be an edge case but EVERY game I've played on iOS lets me listen to my own stuff while playing. So I'd highly appreciate it if they can fix this and would bump up this review to 5 stars.
NotInKY,
Resource Mgmt Return to "Try Before You Buy" Game
In this game you train and direct your barbarians to take over a series of maps from other barbarians. The game is self-aware and irreverent, but not offensive; I'd consider it appropriate for teens or older children (there's beer, but they go out of their way to avoid saying "sex"). This is a "lite" version, so you get to play several levels and then decide whether you want to buy the full game. I'm really happy to see developers returning to this style, rather than making games that are nearly impossible to enjoy without purchasing endless power-ups, and I did buy the full version ($4.99).
Ethanrme89,
Best rts
Normally when you think mobile rts, you think clash of clans, this changes that. I havent seen one problem so far and im loving it. The game is good, but i dont recommend to children, game has crude humor. There is depth, as well as it doesn't make you pay, you see if you like it, if so you buy it via in app purchases and is well worth five dollars and even has multiplayer but is not the main focus. I am enjoying this very much and a thank to the devs!
Devilchaser,
Good concept, too much micromanagement
For people who like fast-paced micromanagement games this is probably a 4 to 5 star game. But I really disliked it despite the great concept. It is just too much happening too quickly for me, and there is no automation whatsoever. You are giving commands every half second, and the eight I will always think and react more quickly than you can.

Also, I think the level design is often very bad. Many of the Side missions and several of the main missions have you up against terrible odds and I found it generally very frustrating.
