Stopped working
I’ve been playing this game for weeks now. But since the beginning of this week, I’ve been getting a blank screen when I try to open it. It looks like that I will be losing all the 500 coins that I should get for the month of November because I can no longer solve the daily puzzles. Actually, I am a VIP member and I usually play the tournaments on Saturday. If you could help shortly, that would be great. Apart from those glitches, it’s a great game, pretty much challenging.

What is it with Apple's AppStore!?! Can't even play two rounds without an ad popping up! Disappointed with Apple! Yes, I do know I can pay to have ads removed, but I absolutely cannot bring myself to do that! It's absolutely disgusting how much information is taken, not only with AppStore, but by Apple also! I paid enough money for my iPhone and feel my privacy should be private! Don't you make enough money off your customers Apple? Now the ads collect information also? Then you and the ad sources sell your info for more money? Yet, Apple, you can lie to me over and over how secure I am with Apple? What you and the apps claim is collected, even those apps that state no information is collected is opposite when you open the app and read the privacy policy!!! SMH! Sick and tired of being lied to and taken advantage of!!! Google and their cohorts are just as bad! It's no wonder why my phone is hacked and why my battery drains so quickly when in use!!! And this game itself isn't worth giving you the time of day! Time to find a new Phone! One I CAN trust!!!

STOPPED WORKING, FREEZES PHONE
I really have enjoyed this game for the relatively short amount of time that I’ve been playing it. About two weeks ago it stopped working. I would tap on the icon for the game and a white page would open and would stay and eventually the app would just shut down. I deleted the app off my phone and download it again but that took me back to the beginning which means all of my earned points and levels were gone. I think since I download it again, it worked twice. Today I tried to open it and it stayed on the white page, and would not close. I could not get to any other apps or function on my phone so I ended up having to shut my phone off and restarting it again at which point the app of course had closed but I’m not sure if I really wanna try to open it again if that’s going to happen. Let me know when you’ve fixed it and I’ll come back to the game I really enjoyed. Otherwise, I’m out.

I love word games. I have quite a few on my phone. When I discovered Word Card, I was really pleased. Why? Because it’s fairly demanding as you progress to higher levels and one needs a more than decent vocabulary level to play.
But I’d noticed several reviews weeks ago, some complaints about losing access to the game and only getting a white screen when clicking on the game’s icon. Well yesterday, it happened to me. I’ve rebooted my phone, tried to get into the game many times, but no success. Some players have posted that they deleted and reinstalled the game, but all levels and prizes were gone. They had to start over. I’m not doing that, only to probably have it happen again. Also, I’ve noticed that unlike many other games, no one from the company posts responses to issues. So, although Word Card quickly became one of my favorite games, it’s time to say goodbye.

Frustrating
So I downloaded this game a few months ago. I opted in the beginning to pay for no ads which was great in the first couple of weeks. Surprise one morning the ads were back with a vengeance. I reached out via the app with no reply so stupid me paid again.
Now my butterfly garden is stuck and won’t advance. I’m once again going to reach out to see if I get a reply. If not I’m done. Too many free games out there to get addicted too!
So it’s been a few weeks and I updating my review. Butterfly garden is still stuck with no response from developers. I’m almost on level 4000. I pay this game every day. Today, once again the ads are back. I’ve paid twice so I’m deleting this app. Don’t waste your time on this one. It’s not worth the frustration.

Ads Are Very Frustrating!
I downloaded this game a couple weeks ago. It started off fine. After playing some puzzles the ads started to come in. I get that the ads pay for the game but the past few days I have played an ad pops up after every completed game. I can deal with that as well. The issue I am having is that the ad keeps going and there is no way to click it off to play the next level. I have waited up to a minute and kept waiting to see the little “x” that usually shows up when the ad is done. Now I literally have to completely close out the game and restart it in order to play the next puzzle. If this continues over the next few days I will be deleting the game.

Word Card
I’ve been playing this game for a long time. It’s my ‘Go-To Word Game’, along with the connect side games. When I hit Open for Word Card it just shows Word Puzzle Games in the middle of the screen and doesn’t open up. Is there anything you can help me with on getting this Word Card game to open. I find this game fascinating, stimulating, and satisfying. However, there is a tremendous amount of advertising—however, you can build up your money to purchase hints by watching the advertisements in case you don’t pay funds to cancel the advertising (which I never pay for games, since I have to watch my funds).
If you are handy at spelling or are comfortable with words, you will be intrigued with this game.
A NOTE TO THE DEVELOPERS: At Levels 94, 95 and onward, the free sad space popping up in the 3-blank spaces in the games does not work. When you press on the ad to watch to earn coins towards a hint, it does nothing. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. Maybe it starts showing up earlier than Level 94, but this is very annoying and unfair.
Anyway, a good game. I’m going to try your more advanced level of playing on a different tablet to see what that’s about. Thanks for a good game, but please fix what I suggested.

Overall a good game
Most of the time I enjoy this game as it can be difficult and challenging. There are problems. The daily gift is ALWAYS 25, no matter which gift you choose. So why offer the choice? Also, there are some ads that will not go away until I shut down my iPad. Also too many Fat ads. I’m totally turned off by them! I know ads pay for the game but give us a little variety!

Not as fun anymore
I have written the developers several times because I can no longer collect butterflies yet I can purchase the bonus by giving up 10,000 pts every week. There are a lot of ad interruptions, too. I enjoy the weekend tournaments but I like playing for butterflies until last 3 mos.
I also agree with others that some of the most common words are not useable & made up ones are.
I do hope the developers care what the players are reporting is most frustrating about game so they can continue to have long term players. 🤷🏽♀️
