Using proprietary algorithms and latest science, the AYO app calculates and provides you with your personal Circadian Health, based on your social jet lag and sleep dept. Learn how in sync you are with your circadian rhythm - a biological foundation affecting most of the brain and body processes from sleep, alertness, metabolism and immune response.

The AYO app further provides you with:
1) Your personal circadian rhythm and its unique stages during the day-night cycle
2) Personal recommendations for each specific stage regarding light, food, coffee, cognition, exercise and sleep
3) When to use your AYO to achieve your wake-up goal

We are excited to announce the latest AYO app update, featuring two significant improvements (plus the regular bug fixes): first-step HealthKit implementation and enhanced recommendation tiles. HealthKit Integration: We understand the anticipation for the integration of Apple Health and AYO. Rest assured, we have made significant progress on this front. In this update, you can now link your HealthKit to AYO. Although the integration is in its early stages, you can currently activate the integration. We are actively testing the backend and will soon introduce additional functionalities related to HealthKit integration. Enhanced Recommendation Tiles: We have revamped the user interface of Recommendations to provide a more intuitive and useful experience. The updated tiles are designed to be easier to follow, ensuring you get the most out of your AYO journey. We hope you find them enjoyable!
