Based on user feedback we added a setting that will disable the new completion sound at the end of a routine. This setting is turned on by default but if you would like to disable the new sound edit your profile settings. Assuming Audio is turned on the app will then play only the original end sound regardless of whether a routine was completed or not.

**New Practice Calendar View*** This view is available from the home Category List View. Their is a calendar icon in the upper right of this view which when clicked provides a view of the current and previous months practice results. Days where no practice activity took place have no marking, days where user did not achieve 80% of their daily practice goal have a red dot and days where they attained 80% of their daily practice goal are in blue. Also anytime a user has achieved 80% of their goal for 4 consecutive days or more they will see the practice dates marked in blue with a flashing gold star to mark the practice streak!

***NOW SET BREATHS PER MINUTE DIRECTLY***
Added a new capability to adjust the Breaths Per Minute (BPM) setting directly when creating a new routine. This means users can first set the relative times/ratios for the phases of the breath such as: Inhale = 2 sec, Retain = 1 sec, Exhale = 4 sec and Sustain = 1 sec which would equate to a 7.5 BPM given those specific timings. But now the user can also dial in a specific BPM say for example 5.5 BPM that will automatically adjust the intervals using the same ratios as originally established (ie. 2-1-4-1). This allows users to create breathing patterns and then tune them specifically to their needs / desires.
