Updates:
**Version 2.1.0***
- Introducing a training metronome!
This is a key tool that we often use in the gym for improving running and cycling cadence or building rhythm and coordination on movements. Set up a duration for the timer then pick a cadence, you can even adjust the tempo from within the timer.
- A little styling change here and there, with some streamlined button sizes and font adjustments
- Added titles to the top of each page and shortened up the menu item names for slick-ness

2.0.1

***Version 2.0.1***
Squashed a few little bugs that had snuck into the apps functionality with the last big update.
- Thanks to Glenn for this one: Remember me functionality. Hate re-typing your email? Tick the remember me box and suffer no longer as your details will be saved.
- A few athletes pointed this one out too: Music & podcasts will now play again while you are training hard, sorry you had to sweat in silence these past few weeks.
- Somehow our gym open times had -1 instead of 0 for empty time slots. Not even sure how you do that, but it's fixed now so we will stop the philosophical pondering on negative attendance.
- Adjusted interface for Core Advantage members booking class times - buttons now look more button-y and the words are good-er.
- Bug work in progress: There may still be some delay between setting up an ongoing bulk enrollment and it becoming visible in your schedule, we did a little work to speed this up, but stay patient with it, as they might not all appear straight away.

1.2.0
2019-09-14
Version 1.2.0 updates:
It’s been a little while between updates for the interval timer, but the latest version is now available with some awesome new features!
1. Fartlek Training Mode
Fartlek is a Swedish word for Speed play, a type of interval training built around randomised efforts of hard, moderate and easy work of various lengths.
This timer is built to generate intervals of a hard, moderate and easy intensity in a random order and for random durations.
And you will never see two of the same effort in a row, so that you will be constantly changing speed and effort levels
2. Tempo Timer Mode
Tempo training is a great tool for improving neuromuscular control, exercise technique, and for increasing time under tension in hypertrophy and rehabilitation settings.
Use this timer to accurately time and maintain the desired tempo for your concentric, eccentric and pause components of your set. It even counts the reps, so you can just focus on working hard.
3. Volume control
The feature that will save your hearing!
We realised that with athletes listening to music or podcasts while they trained, a sharp bell every ten seconds will kill the energy, so you can now adjust the volume of said sharp bell independently of the external volume.
4. New logo and icons
We have added a much more aesthetically pleasing logo to the top of the home menu. We also adjusted the icons a little, no real reason, just felt like using new ones.
5. Sizing optimised for newer phones
We realised the dimensions and scale of the app was a little outdated. So to stay up with the times we have given everything a little tweak and shuffle. The general vibes are the same, but it should all fit on your screen and look a little nicer. Subtly.
6. Sound loading bug solved
We also solved a tiny bug where the sounds for the timers would randomly fail to work on Android. Seems to be fixed now, so we are going to slowly step away from the code so that it doesn’t come back…
1.1.0
2018-01-23
Version 1.1 Update:
A few little bug fixes and performance upgrades, some slipped our mind for 1.0, some you helped us find!
Bens bug:
- There was a problem where podcasts/music would cut out when opening the app. That is no longer an issue, interruption-free audio from here on in.
Declan's typo:
- There was a link or two missing from our descriptions. We also had a rather embarrassing extra ‘the’ in one sentence. Thanks for having our back Dec.
Tennille’s timing tightens up:
- Tennille wasn’t happy with the timing between the countdown clock and the warning sounds. Davey has fixed this and apologised.
The pain multiplier:
- More than one athlete requested we add in a “do it again option”. We loved their intensity and madness so we obliged. You can now restart a workout instantly without leaving the workout screen.
Headings:
- You can now see the name of your workout while you are doing it. Removes some of the mystery if you forgot what you selected during the warm-up.
Faster load time:
- We have changed the way the app loads when you first open it up. This means the time between you and the hard work just got a little bit shorter.
Last round call:
- When you finally reach the last round of your workout the screen will now congratulate you and remind you with a “last round” message
