Описание

Ever thought about replacing that notebook you carry around with you at the gym with something more modern? If so, FITAL is the tool for you. It allows you to track repetitions, sets, weight and rest between sets in a simple and intuitive way, for free. It also includes a handy One Rep Max (ORM) calculator, allowing you to estimate your maximum one repetition load for an exercise, based on weight and reps entered.

The app does not collect your workout data, everything you enter is being stored solely on your device.
