This update focuses on stability:
* Fixed all known showstopper bugs
* "Leave game" menu item renamed to "Start new game"

Fixed some long-standing UI issues.

Airlift command was missing. The issue is fixed thanks to your feedback.



Two cities with Airports can airlift one unit per turn (including aircraft).
Airlifting instantly transports the unit from one city to another and will use all of the unit's movement points. A unit must have some movement points left to be airlifted, and cannot carry cargo.

Enabled 500 more nations to play with.

* Fixed a problem causing AI to think its income is lower than it actually is, when it plans for a balanced budget
* Consider it land bombardment (for reduced firepower) when a ship attacks from a city against another land tile

* Increased AI's want to conquer cities that have no buildings at all
* Improved handling of caravans that can only enter marketplace, not establish trade routes
* Corrected AI's estimate of immediate bonus of establishing a trade route
* Miscellaneous improvements to in-game text
