New Signature Program: Full Body Focus
Most workouts focus on the 7 muscle groups that are the most visibly noticed (back, quads, shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, abs); however, many other muscle groups need to be zeroed in on to provide the right level of overall body strength, correct posture, and ample flexibility.
Full-Body Focus works out muscles across the board to make sure that you thrive with your complete muscle strength, your overall posture and your primary core.
We'll be utilizing Primary Muscle days, Secondary Muscle days, Core days, and Rest/Stretching days to provide maximum results. You'll be performing exercises like Crunches, Planks, Squats, Burpees, Bench Press and tons more for the ultimate full-body routine.

New Signature Program: Limitless Lifter
This program consists of muscle endurance training, which is the concept of building a capacity to lift heavy weights over a long period of time. Normally, when you lift heavy weight for high repetitions you get both out of breath and your muscles begin to produce lactic acid (the dreaded burn). With proper endurance training, you will be able to lift heavy for longer stretches of time and increase your intra-set recovery exponentially.

New Signature Program: Muscle Mix Up
The way muscle grows and becomes stronger is through adaptation. If you lift a weight in a new way that you've never done before and with a weight that your body is not used to it tears the muscle down and rebuilds it. Your body does this to adapt to that new stimulus so that the next time you perform that same lift it becomes easier. As you perform the same movement and weight over several weeks the body begins to slow down that adaptation and you hit what is known as a plateau (you stop getting stronger and muscle stops growing).
Muscle Mix Up is Gorilla Weight Lifting's Signature Program to stop the dreaded plateau. Muscle Mix Up exposes your muscle's to large and varying movements and weights that maximize muscle adaptation without ever doing anything so often that adaptation declines.
