-Changed the Q&A font to a new one which is much clearer.

-New option menu allows you to tweak settings such as sound.
-Timer is now disabled by default but can be turned on via options menu.
-All questions are now available for free! The in app purchase has been altered to disable the ads. So if you purchase or have purchased it in the past, the ads will be disabled.
