This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.
Choose between the original workout flow where you manually progress from exercise to exercise, or Auto-Advance where the workouts come to life (for both the 12 Week Program and the Pull-up Program).
Auto-Advance Mode:
• Each workout has timed sets for each exercise with rest and transition time built in. For rep-based movements you manually advance once the reps are completed.
In your settings, you can adjust:
• the amount of time per exercise
• the amount of time between each exercise
• the amount of extra time for transitions between standing to floor, or vice versa, movements
Fixes issues with video playback.

• Dynamic Type has been implemented, allowing the user to change font size using the iOS 7 global Text Size setting to adjust text to the user's eyesight.
12-week TCP Program / Pull-up Program
• Pull-up overview screen has been updated with a new calendar-like look.
• The “Random Workout” button has been relocated from the “Home” screen to the top of the “12-week Program” screen.
• Background audio (iTunes, Pandora, etc.) is temporarily lowered when a timer beep is played. This makes the timer beep significantly easier to hear.
• Timers now run properly when the app is in the background or the phone is locked.
• Added a close button to the timer to improve visibility of removing the timer from the screen.
