A real improvement of everyday life
I installed the app in November 2022, and after six months of using it I can say it changed the quality of my life for the better.

First delight is the introductory course, which gives a full and detailed picture of approach used in the all Waking Up content.

Second delight is the variety of practices and conversations, the latter replaced the YouTube and podcasts for me :)

Also it turned out to be important to understand that voices in guided meditations belong to practitioners, not just narrators who read some provided text.

Special thanks for the 0.8 speed regime, it’s a huge help in listening of conversations, as English is not my native language.

The app forces you to update it, doesn’t allow to use it without updating. I don’t want to update, I want to meditate! I guess it’s against Apple AppStore guidelines.

Great content
I've been a Waking Up subscriber for 3 years and it literally changed my life and lives of my beloved ones to the best. And these are not my words but the words of my wife :) Daily meditation is great, conversations are insightful and deep and specialization courses lead by Guests are excellent and allow you to focus on particular aspects of consciousness. Metta series and Original Love help me a lot during these days of war in Ukraine. I appreciate the time I am fortunate to spend with my family and my close friends and the app helps to keep me sane reminding that nothing is permanent. Thank you very much, Sam. Thank you very much, the Waking App team. The app itself is evolving and becoming more and more powerful.

Family annual plan isn’t working
Don’t get me wrong, the app itself is a masterpiece. But it takes me my two family members and me from different countries to get the full benefit from the support team for DAYS now. Please, fix the issue.

Truly enjoying it!
I've been doing guided meditation for quite a while, although was sceptical about having someone taking, when meditating... But Sam is doing it so professionally that you barely notice. Theoretical part is also doing an amazing job, setting you to the right direction and improving your meditation experience. Although I'm likely not even close to ideal meditating, still would highly recommend this app!

Медитации и контент отличный, лучший способ медитации для меня. Мне не нравится дизайн приложения, все стало похоже на приложение для андроида, которое сделал на коленке студент-программист: навигация непривычная для iOS, жесты почти не работают, просмотренный и не просмотреный контент почти не отличается, стиль иллюстраций не согласован и местами выглядит очень несовременно и непрофессионально.

Update issues
Really dissatisfied with the update. No message about it, the regular time of meditation wasn’t available due to the server maintenance, creepy logo with the ladder in your face. I also can’t seem to find all of my progress. And the new design is confusing, sad that you haven’t give a chance to the previous pictures, they were nice, had the same style, the new ones are darker and creapier and seem to be a crazy mix of all the styles. Doen’t look good. The major disappointments are the logo and the lost progress
