This app shows you your exercise intensity using your real-time heart rate, and it has four heart rate zones to understand your exercise intensity at a glance.

• CARDIO - for improving cardio endurance.
• FAT BURN - For longer exercise. Predominantly uses fat for energy.
• WARM UP - For preparation and recovery.

With these four zones, you can start heart rate training very easily and quickly.
You don't have to remember your target heart rate or intensity %.

Лучшее приложение для бега паникерам, да и вообще. Автоматически подсказывает когда ускорится, а когда замедлится. Полную версию покупать не обязательно, функционал пробной вполне себе. Но я, все же, с зарплаты куплю. Стоит не дорого, зато открывается дополнительная пульсовая зона (чтобы тренировки были ещё более эффективными). Thanks developers so much <3

Для бега очень удобно контролировать свой пульс. Вибрация при смене зоны ЧСС очень помогает. Графики тоже удобно. Спасибо за приложение. Купила и уже почти год полностью устраивает функционал.

Очень полезно для тех, кто занимается много и уже заскучал!
Пользуюсь на Apple Watch. Приложение помогает не тупить и не прохлаждаться во время тренировки, удобно следить за нагрузкой. Визуально тоже все симпатично, видно прогресс за неделю, каждую отдельную тренировку также можно смотреть и сравнивать типы занятий между собой. Большое разнообразие тренировочных режимов, много видов спорта, удобно и не забудешь, что именно делал, а ещё и интересно потом сравнить, сколько сжигаешь калорий на разных треньках) В целом - рекомендую!

Хорошая программа, ничего лишнего, приобрёл бы и про версию, но пока не будет поддержки нагрудных датчиков, увы. Добавьте Bluetooth датчики пожалуйста.

Нет возможности задать вопрос разработчикам на сайте
Так и не смог найти, как установись семейный доступ к приложению. Попытался найти ответ в разделе «Помощь» на сайте приложения - там об этом нет информации. Задать вопрос тоже невозможно. Уважаемые разработчики, как же это всё-таки сделать?

Самое любимое приложение
Занимаюсь с яблочными часами. Эту программу использую для просмотра статистики с телефона уже после окончания тренировки. Очень легко отслеживать тренированность и нагрузку по изменению соотношения пульсовых зон. Данные с часов синхронизируются мгновенно. Отдельное восхищение вызывает минимализм и яркая цветовая схема.
Из минусов: в истории хранятся только последние 2 недели тренировок. Не посмотришь на прошлогодние данные и не сравнишь прогресс. Хотя, может, это только в бесплатной версии?

Самое удобное приложение для Apple Watch
Перепробовал все доступные приложения для Apple Watch. Это самое удобное приложение для игры в теннис, футбол и другие игровые виды спорта. Почти как родное приложении для Mio. Удобная цветовая индикация показаний пульса. Позволяет вовремя остановится сбить пульс или наоборот добавить. Рекомендую.
