The Seafarer’s Electronic Cabinet is a non-commercial mobile application designed to assist seafarers in the process of document processing. The application provides the opportunity to take advantage of self-service and conveniently perform all necessary procedures without unnecessary effort and time expenditure.

Please note that The Seafarer’s Electronic Cabinet is a mobile application that, based on contractual relations, transfers information with the database of the government institution - the Inspection for Training and Certification of Seafarers (https://itcsua.com/upload/docs/algoritm-doc.pdf), which is the custodian of the respective Registry. The application was created by a private company on a non-commercial basis with the aim of providing services to users and streamlining electronic document flow.
No more need to stand in queues, now all services are available online:
— Take advantage of all the benefits of digital document flow, which significantly simplify document processing.
— View information about all your available documents, allowing you to easily track their status and expiration dates.
— Submit service requests with just a few clicks, saving time and effort.
Information transfers with the database of the government institution are carried out through the Application Programming Interface (API) provided to the company under the contract concluded with the government institution.
The developer is not responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the data that is subject to transfer from the government institution’s database. The accuracy of such information is solely confirmed by the government institution.
The developer strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information; however, they make no explicit or implied warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided in the application and disclaim any liability for its use.

Коктейль сбои , долгая загрузка данных и сервис не работает , подавала на паспорт и оплачивала через приложение 3,5 месяца назад а оно досих пор в обработке
