The Tebyan Quran is an interactive app for the deaf and those who suffer from hearing disabilities. The app facilitates novel technologies and rich interactive visuals dedicated to aid such individuals recite, memorize, and understand the meanings of the noble Quran.
Features
1. Presenting the authentic Qur’an pages from the King Fahd Complex for Printing of the Holy Quran (3rd edition, 1440 AH).
2. Visual interpretation of the meaning of the Quran through a video which conveys the meaning to the user through sign language.
3. Download option for videos, enabling viewing without internet connection later.
4. Option to share verses and video translations to social media apps.
5. Incorporating dynamic page sizes that matches the landscape mode on phones, or in tablets and iPads, wherein the page is enlarged to match the width of the screen.
6. Easy navigation to specific Surah or part, through an index menu at the top, or a slider bar at the bottom of the app, or by simply searching the page number in the search bar.
7. Ability to continue recitation from where the user left off by reopening the app to that exact page, and the ability to bookmark verses for future reference.
8. Ability to add as many verses as desired to the favorites section, for future reference.
9. Ability to search for specific words in the Quran, while also accessing to the search history.
10. Option to choose light or dark themes to reduce eye strain.
