長者安居協會的「隨身寶」服務為有需要的長者提供24小時戶外支援及關懷服務以外，現特別為其家人研發推出「智安心」(e-See Find) 智能手機應用程式，讓家人可於有需要時直接查閱「隨身寶」主機的大約位置，更感安心。

協會的「隨身寶」服務戶外支援及關顧服務先後獲八個本地及國際科技大獎，除可一按直駁長者安居協會的24小時呼援及關懷熱線中心，及提供位置搜尋及來電轉駁服務以外，更特設遙控響號提醒附近途人提供即時協助，為長者提供貼身的適時支援及關懷。隨著智能手機應用愈趨普及，長者安居協會與時並進，將現有服務再升級，推出全新智能手機應用程式「智安心」(e-See Find)。「智安心」服務採用移動定位技術作搜尋，「隨身寶」服務使用者的家人下載「智安心」應用程式及登記服務後，可隨時隨地於 iOS 版本的智能手機或平板電腦上查閱「隨身寶」主機的大約位置，並可於有需要時透過長者安居協會的24小時呼援及關懷熱線中心安排緊急支援。

關於長者安居協會
長者安居協會 (協會) 於1996年由一群熱心人士成立，旨在回應當時一股突如其來的寒流而引致逾百名獨居長者猝死的不幸事件。協會是自負盈虧的社會企業及非牟利慈善團體，本著以「企業養福利」、以人為本的服務及科技，提昇長者於社區生活的素質，將平安延伸至社會每個角落。

除了香港人熟悉的「平安鐘」服務外，近年協會為回應新一代銀齡人士的需求，積極拓展如「隨身寶」、「平安手機」及「管家易」等新服務，無論長者身處家居或外出活動，都可使用協會直接管理的24小時呼援及關懷服務熱線中心的優質服務。

協會把公眾籌款及收入盈餘撥作支援「平安鐘」及「隨身寶」慈善計劃個案及相關之服務發展用途，讓有需要人士免費使用緊急支援及關懷服務。

SCHSA collaborated with HKO to enhance the function of the current e-See Find Application Service including weather information and warning, air quality
information and friendly notification to users. Relevant weather warnings and
regional weather information were obtained from HKO and Air Quality Health Index information from Environmental Protection Department (EPD) for service users’ reference. Some key features of the enhancement include:

- Weather warning icons and regional weather information (based on client’s

reported location or district) would be shown on the map interface in the App.

- Weather warnings of HKO and “special weather reminders” would be sent via

push notification.

- Service users could opt out relevant push notification at any time.
