A total remake of the app so it works with iOS 10 and future upgrades of iOS.

Now it is possible to have reminders as low as every 15 minutes!

Sadly it's a bug in the latest release and this is just for You who updated the app, not for new users. But it can be FIXED by YOU!
The standard reminder setting of every hour has changed to every MINUTE. Sorry for this but it is easy to make it correct again.
If you go to 'settings' and press the "reminder interval" stepper a few times the reminder will be back to 1 hour.

It’s ok.
I still get notifications that it’s time for my desk workout on Saturday and Sunday when I even have it set to not a working day... that’s annoying. It is a nice reminder to get up and move for someone who sits the entire day at work.

Promising but buggy
Exercises are adapted to office environment but I can't setup office hours. Every time, I try to, the app closes. So it sends me reminders even during night.

This app counts down for you, and flashes when to switch sides. It also lets you control schedule frequency.

Love this app!!!! It's like a little babysitter gently reminding you to stretch you sore, achy little body... The more I do it, the more I realize how much the parts of my body hurt! lol

Where'd it go?
Downloaded the app. It only took 10 seconds to install. Only problem is, it's nowhere to be found on my iPad! The App Store gives me an option to open the app, but nothing happens. Very strange. OS is current.

Seriously WHY is this so difficult for vendors to understand? Most iPad covers stand up in landscape! I don't think holding my head sideways is going to help my stress level!!!
