This bench press training program is made for athletes that want to improve their one rep max in the shortest possible time. It is a three week program with a max lift in the fourth week.
During the three weeks you have a bench press workout four days a week. Rest one day between each workout except between day 4 and 1. It is a very tough program, but it is known to be the fastest way to improve your one rep max.
You should in three weeks improve your one rep max with 10-15 kilos, if you are a male weighing over 80 kilos. Your result of course depends on, where you start, your physical condition, and how hard you are willing to train.
