Would senior blockers stop all the crashing??
Nothing else on my phone stops what’s it’s doing or has to be reset or in some way manipulated every 4 minutes to make it work.
With out fail if I put my welding helmet down as soon as I get to work the sound just stops.

Great station, app so not
Still can’t figure this out. When the car’s bluetooth connects, this app plays even though no app is open and after some time passes it will stop.
Other times the app will play advertisements and the streaming at the same time.
Then there’s this- no app open and turn off car, app start streaming on phone’s speaker and no way to stop it. Have to let the advertise complete.
Please update.

Works just fine
This app is simple and intuitive. Nice to have some home town sound when I'm on the road.

Waste of time
After UPDATE:
Immediately after downloading the app I am told I have no internet connected detected. Great. So I go home to download some episodes so I don’t have to stream because apparently that’s not allowed. Then I get to work and play the first episode. None of the others will play now. They’re still there, downloaded to my phone. But the app refuses to play them.
F everyone of you that works for this company. Try hiring someone that is competent with technology you idiots. It’s 2018. I imagine half of your listeners don’t use live radio. You’ve lost me as a listener. I’ve listened for well over a decade but this is the end. F you

When I'm in the middle of an episode and receive a phone call, even ones I ignore, it exits the app and restarts anywhere from 15 mins to 45 mins from where I was. It restarts whenever it feels like. Now it's burning through my battery on my phone like mad. While listening to a downloaded episode, my phone uses 20% of my battery an hour using no cell service. Done with these idiots

Good App. Ignore the negative reviews
This app works fine. It could be optimized for the iPhone 5 screen, but no big loss there. Nice features (i don't have a Ford to test the my link feature, but sounds nice). The alarm clock to wake to the stream only works if the all is open and the phone isn't muted, but that's on apple, not the app designer (otherwise an alert window pops up).
Ignore the bad reviews. The station is switching up their morning program to bring in a "younger audience" with a well rated program to refresh and old tired one and a few people feel the need to launch into an adolescent whine on an app review. Because that'll show 'em, right? Anyway. Good app for WRIF fans. Download and enjoy.

Great way to get access to Dave and Chuck podcasts
Recent update fixes the un-playability of the app!
[Original review]But it's a broken app. Can't get it to play a stream for the life of me. It doesn't cooperate with the transfer from Wi-Fi to mobile data or reverse. Play back errors, cancelled or restarted streams. All of this makes it near impossible to enjoy the radio stream or podcast.
Honorary mention: the podcast auto play feature plays the podcasts in reverse order. That's just common sense to have it play forward.

Great update
The new version has a great layout. To me it flows better. There is an alarm that looks to provide wake to streaming. Since I listen every day what a great way to automate launching the stream. That didn’t work, woke up to a notification pop up on screen but that’s all. Still worthy of five stars though. Maybe the next update will fix the alarm.

Love listening the show whenever I want! But my main issues is this. You will listen to the show and stop it. Well for some reason when you want to pick up where you left off. The app refreshes and you lose the place where you paused. Then you don't even remember what date you were listening to either. So you have to start over. It's very annoying!

Absolute trash with ads
Constantly repeating the same Steven singer ad. Press play hear the ad. They go to commercials hear it again. If you accidentally pause the show u have to hear it again. On average you have to listen to the exact same ad 5-10 times per morning show. I understand ads keep the app free but at least get a rotation of ads because these ads are making me hate what ever your advertising only making it much less likely I purchase it.

Good app
Good app, it does exactly what it's supposed to, live streams the WRIF for you. Make sure you restart your phone after downloading so you don't have problems. I'm a little surprised drew and mikes fans were able to figure out how to write an app review, their average age is 50.
