It comes with No card, unable to record, the pictures are not clear, I can only stream video, no emergency capability, the video is not near to 4K video, at night all I can see is a big light ball covers the entire screen. The app doesn’t do anything except streaming video on the phone. There is no serial number on the camera, no part name or number. I recommend not to buy this item. Bought this for my son’s car. Installed it per instructions and added a 16gig card. Cannot tell if it’s working besides flashing lights. The app only connects if you allow it access to location, notifications etc, otherwise it won’t work. Wasted a couple of hours of my time trying to get this to work. After all that the picture quality is not that great even in high definition. Looking at a car 40 feet away and it was getting blurry. Enough that I couldn’t read the license plate. Wish I could get my money back but I’ve had it too long. Do not buy dash cam if you’re looking for something with good video. Instruction manual need to have English as well. Most of the instructions are in Chinese. That did not do much good for me.

Downloaded the app on my phone and iPad. iPad app quits immediately and is unusable. iPhone app works barely.
The camera never records on weekends only weekdays and I do not see any settings for scheduled recording etc. you cannot download the videos to your device... have to take the sad card out to watch videos that are “not emergencies” might as well remove the WiFi function as it is pointless.

Fix your app.

First time I have ever written a review on anything but since I wasted money on the cam I give everyone the heads up, the cámara works great connects fast now once it’s connected you can’t record, hear music, app closes down when screen locks which just doesn’t make sense to have the phone unlock wasting battery it can take pictures atleast and save them quickly only pro I have found.

I have one on my tractor and another one on my SUV and when I try to download it crashes. Wha I do is I take the memory card out and I download all the videos on my Lap top some won’t show it crashes and soddenly stops working. Just don’t waist your money. This app needs an update so bad and I would like my money back this is trash.

All you can do is view the videos do take screenshots. It will not download video to your phone. No support, all in Chinese. You get what you pay for I guess. I was hopeful but again my faith in the human race is lost. Don’t waste your time downloading the app and send back the cheap DashCam that uses this app.

Installed it 4days ago. I can download videos and take screenshot as well. I dont have any problems. I just hope the dash camera will last.

Worked OK for a few months, but did crash if I opened in landscape mode. Now, the app will no longer connect to camera. After trying with a second camera, now getting a “Device is taken” message. Multiple app reinstalls and camera resets. App Support link is dead.

It’s a scam. Don’t waste your money. Came without card. I purchased the car but you can’t record anything. You can only view video. Now would not connected to the app anymore. There is no costumers service. You cannot return it. I am stuck with it.
