Highly recommend!!
As someone who has lived with chronic pain for a while ive tried multiple apps but they usually end up being overly complicated and ultimately discourage me from using them. This app was clearly made by people that understand chronic pain- It doesn’t ask too much of me while still providing a way for me to monitor my pain and and learn more about it affects my life. I also appreciated the cool design and the personal input features and and the analytics are really helpful. Keeping track of my pain is really difficult for me but this app makes it easy- honestly a low stress but well designed app to help you learn more about your own pain experience and feel more in control so thank you!

Great for moms of kids in pain
In just a week, the app has helped me refocus on what my son can do. I really like the focus on positive parenting. When your child is in pain it’s really easy to both step in too fast and do everything for them and nag them constantly about meds and exercise. This really helps.
With Family Share, I can keep record for myself and the app lets them really focus on self-care. So it’s been good for both of us.

Almost perfect
This app would be perfect if it had the option to enable notifications. I love the goal setting feature and the questionnaires. As a young person with chronic pain who often tries to focus away from the pain, it’s a great way to slow down once a day and reflect on your progress. If it had the option to enable notifications it would be perfect because I often forget to fill them out.
