Was skeptical but was the app proved to be good!
At first it seemed a little suspicious as anything not too well known is but immediately after submitting a “project” I needed done, I got several bidders! I chose the cheapest one and my project came out great and earlier than expected! Would recommend to others :)

Terrible App...would not recommend!!!
This app is terrible and I thought it was sketchy but I gave it a try anyways. The app crashed every 2 min I couldn’t even make a post. By the time I did I finally found a freelancer but the app didn’t even work so it was hard to even message him because it crashed every time I sent a message. Because of this I had to message the freelancer via WhatsApp because I had no other way to contact them. After finally talking I accepted the job on the app and made a big deposit. I have gone through so many issues with these people I j wanted a refund and THEY WONT REFUND MY MONEY it’s been weeks and every time I get someone saying the same things over and over. Everything on this app is a scam the freelancers are too.

Pretty Great App, some icks.
A pretty decent app! When I needed to write something last minute, especially for school assignments, I found some pretty cool writers that helped me in NO time. The only icks is the way the app works. It’s basically the 24Task Hire app but with a different color scheme. Both of the apps work the exact same, only this one just opens automatically in the “Writing” section, so there’s no point in having two apps. But that’s a pretty small ick. Overall the app is great!

Worst app, with a horrible coding
I’ve put my down payment for a writer to do a paper for me and that was back in October. I never got my paper done and they never issued my money back. Every time I tried getting it back by talking to customer support. They will ask me the same questions over and over by different people and then say they will get back to me in 48 hours. 48 hours later, no response and when I asked for a status. The process is repeated again with the same lies. FRAUD!!! Not only customer support is horrible, the app keeps crashing on you when you try to do certain tasks. Smh, waste of time and money.

It’s been 4 months and I haven’t got my refund
I deposited my money to get a job done ✅ but the guy I put my ordered with didn’t submit what I told him to do on time. I think he even forgot about it, then I canceled the order and put same order with another guy and that guy delivered it on time. My question is, I still didn’t get my refund that I made for the service I haven’t get, after 4 months I requested about it. I contacted the help center and still no response. Now the app is telling me they released the money and asking me to rate the guy ...😆😆 it’s so funny.

Service Is Exceptional
I was in desperate need of help for a essay that was required for me to pass my junior year and one of the writers on here did a phenomenal job and helped me 1. get a good grade on that assignment and 2. helped me pass my class. Don’t waste your money.
The application in itself is designed terribly, I had so many bugs and misconveniences where I couldn’t even contact my writer. I had to change my writers twice, both delivered extremely low quality work suitable for a high-school paper. You can tell they just write whatever in hopes that you’re desperate enough to accept it. Overall a really horrible experience. The only good thing about them is there support team.

Bugs with the app
As of right now the app kicks me out after almost 2 minutes of being logged in. When I do finally get past getting kicked out , nothing loads and says “ an error has occurred”. I just put my deposit down for an individual to do my paper so I need this app to work in order to get my finished result. Please either fix or give tips on how to solve this.

Hello, I don’t know how to contact customer service and I would like to cancel the services I requested because I made a mistake, instead of having to write an entire essay I just need to write a paragraph. Therefore, I can do that on my own. now, I barely ordered this yesterday late at night so I want to cancel it as soon as possible because I would hate to waste someone’s time! Please get back to me! I can’t give out $22 for something I don’t need anymore.
