If I could only play one game, this would be it. I play almost every single day, usually for a couple hours. So many games. A few don’t work properly, which is a bummer, but still the most thorough and varied solitaire game I’ve ever played. I’ve played for years, and my favorite 6-8 games have about 1000 plays on each of them.

Easy to read
The card design and layouts of other solitaire games hurt my eyes. There's are the easiest to read cards of them all. I didn't know my eyes were under some kind of strain until I found this game.

Love the number of games easy to hard, long to short play. The way you can personalize the games and screen is fun. Just don’t start playing when you need to go to bed❗️😊

Best no filler solitaire game
If you are like me and don’t want all the flashing animations, and junk this is the best game out there. It doesn’t drain your battery and you can play for hours. I don’t usually rate games but this is a 5 star game to me!

Some broken features... Fixed!
UPDATE: I referred to the developer of this game collection as very responsive, and he certainly deserves that compliment. Within a day or so of learning of the swarm of bugs in the new update, he has repaired the iPad app and returned it to its original state as my favorite Play Time companion! I am really happy to have it working again, and I feel certain that, should another bug be lurking somewhere in the app, it will be taken care of promptly! Five Stars!
I admire and enjoy this collection and Staircase ins my favorite game. Since the latest update the app crashes when I win and does not record the win or display the stats. I am not playing online, and this is not a deal breaker, but it is clearly a bug. There are some other eccentric behaviors now as well, so I expect this very responsive developer to bring out a fix in the near future.

Loved it when it worked
I started the free version and loved it until it froze up. So I bought the “pro” version and froze too. Too bad I love all the game options

Best solitaire period!
I've had this for years. Well designed and developed. 250+ Solitaires app is outstanding in the awesome quantity of game versions and especially for the 'demo' mode in which you can SEE how the games are played, not just read rules. It's very well-designed down to useful details that make game play most enjoyable but not overwhelming. It works in both landscape and portrait (yes!). I've never had any glitches or issues.
Game play is great! It's a matter of skill. No levels needed - easy, hard, etc. so I never feel like the 'game' is letting me win or making me lose. Game versions themselves are simply easy or very not. Tons of both and in between.
I'm always digging thru the app store. I don't search for solitaire games anymore. And I deleted every other one I had. I had been searching, trying, and deleting solitaire apps since iPad 1 - so many of them are so ridiculously limited in game versions, no instructions how to play, crap graphics and play action - how difficult can that be?, or unnecessary 'exciting' visuals. Lots of combos and variations of lame.
250+ Soliataires is FAR above other choices.

Love it!
I looked at a lot of solitaire apps for the new iPad before deciding on this one, and I'm not disappointed. If you're looking for a good solid app with tons of games without all the frilly backgrounds, this is for you. The layout is beautiful without being overwhelming, the cards are easy to read, there are instructions and demos for each game, and did I mention there are tons of games? My only minor disappointment is that it doesn't have my favorite game - 3 Shuffles and a Draw, but it's such a slight variation from La Belle Lucie (which they do have), that it's not a big deal. Well worth the couple of bucks!

Version 2.0 review change since yesterday.
New update corrected everything that was missing and put back the English. If it do not crash it will definitely be a 5 star again.
Update: it is also crashing constantly. iOS 13.1.3

All my favorite games disappeared. Diplomat I gone, Klondike deal one is gone. Almost everything is now in Russian or other Slavic language with no option to change to english. This download caused us to delete the old version and install the new one thus wiping out our settings and favorites.
