Great, Functional Total Body Workout
My passion is kickboxing, so most of my workouts are spent kicking and punching things. This routine is great because it hits all the major muscle groups in 30 minutes, is challenging with very light weight needed on most exercises, and can be plugged in 2-3 times a week to supplement my kickboxing workouts. Simple and effective!
