Choose single-player mode and after you're given a random number from 0 to 99 which is your goal, the game will start automatically.
Tap the big circle when you're closest to your goal to get points, then tap the circle again to continue.
After 5 turns your score will be calculated by how close you are to your goal in each turn.

2-PLAYER

Choose multiplayer mode and after you're given a random number from 0 to 99 which is your goal, the game will start automatically.
Tap the big circle when it's your turn to get points.
After 5 turns for each player, your scores will be calculated by how close you are to your goal in each turn.
The winner will be revealed on the last screen!
