The Five Basic Exercises (5BX) workout plan presented in this app is designed to show you how to develop and hold a high level of physical fitness, regardless of where you may be located. The exercises require only eleven minutes a day and can be done without any equipment.

It’s good for what it cost (nothing), but a few things keep it from being great:
1. There is no way to skip to the next exercise, so you have to wait until the timer runs out even if the exercises only took 10 seconds. The workout lasts 11 minutes even if it only takes 4.
2. There is no way to remove ads, and you have to watch an ad before starting a workout. That would be a great in-app purchase.
3. There is no link to Apple Health.
Having said that, it’s the only free 5BX app I’ve found, which is why I started with it.
