All those breathing exercises after yogs
Are Pranayama practise and even the VA teaches some of them for ptsd. I have used it for years and the new updates show and help you time your breathing and asanas. And there's a full belly's worth of good info on all aspects of it. I am a casual user who likes to visualize along with my practise and the app makes a pretty good mentor. Highly recommended for just about anybody over 9 yo...lol....found my g'kid had called up the salute to the sun and was following along while I was getting lunch!

Ads interrupt breathing session!!
Since I updated advertisements interrupt my alternate nostril breathing sessions! That is the worst!! Something to help me calm down is making me very agitated. AND I paid for the full version weeks ago, but it will only allow me access to the limited free version. I am very upsets and unhappy.

The sounds are unpleasant. The ads are unpleasant: 1. Ads pop up during the breathing sessions! 2. Ads are animations that do not allow you out until you’ve watched them all the way through. Eliminate these problems and it would be a good app.

Is there supposed to be sound?
I like this app but there’s no sound. There are sound options in the settings but I’m not hearing anything! Anyone have any clues or advice??
