Just what I need!
This has the timing laid out - AND reminders. With my hectic schedule I used to forget to eat. I love having access to the foods list right in the app as well as the semi automatic meal plan calculator. There is a weight tracking list for each workout that I haven’t explored yet- but it’ll be nice to have it saved electronically - especially if someone travels a lot. Of course there is a body weight tracker as well.

My question is, if I have an extra rest day...am I able to add that into the mix it would be cool to be able to track my meals on an extra rest day. This is a minor concern and truly feel like this is a game changer.

Incredible!
This app is amazing! I continue to be impressed by its capabilities. I’m so thankful to its developers. It’s like having my own personal nutritionist. It’s tells me when to eat and what to eat and I love the note-taking abilities, the weight trackers, the way I can move my workout block each day and the nutrition timing updates itself and follows right along. It also reminds me when to recalculate my weight for a possible change in calorie plans. Thank you - thank you!

Edit workout days to perfect
So far this app is great! Love that it helps you to calculate your eating plan and has a list of foods - super handy! Also includes weight tracking for each workout. Everything is integrated which makes all of your tracking easy. The only flaw that I can see is the inability to edit which days your workout falls on. I sometimes have to switch my rest days around according to my work schedule. I might not follow the schedule 100% but I’d rather modify the schedule than give up because I had to change something and I can’t modify the tracking to reflect what actually happened in my day.

This app is so helpful if you are doing
80 day obsession! Gives you everything you need to do the program right! Love how you can keep track of your weights and bands used for each workout and then look at the history! Also love how you can click on the time of day you are working out and it adjust the meal times for you! Awesome app all around! The more I use it, the more I love it!

Adding A Little More Obsessed
I know this is asking a lot but it would be awesome, the ability to add ALMO to your app. Not sure if it would be possible to be able to mix up your weeks as I’m doing one week of each phase and the 4th week of the month I have added ALMO. This would be my dream but probably a huge headache for programming. Each of my rounds since Round 3 is different but I totally understand so I just jump around in the app to do my workouts. Having ALMO added would be great though.

Great start
I love this app cause it times out the meals for me, which is super helpful with three kids. I wish that I could alter the container count, go over or under what I’m supposed to eat. I know the focus of this program is to eat the exact containers when I’m supposed to, but we all can’t be perfect all the time. I also wish I could see a month layout and select a specific day instead of going through the notes section.
Out of the couple apps that are developed, I do like this one the best but it still isn’t perfect.

Problems
I have an iPad and an iPhone 6. Data do not seem to toggle back and forth between my two devices. I made a note after recording the containers I used but had to swipe the screen off my device and reopen to get rid of keyboard. Today is my first day using this AP, so we will see if there are more problems....

Suggestion that would definitely make this 6 star
I really liked app when I did 80 day. However moved onto other workout programs so now this purchase not useful. Love just as you updated option change containers can change workout. This app is way better than Beachbody nutrition app and is what many of so want to be able to do. If could make this availability definitely would rate 6🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Again great app for 80 day.

Love this app for 80 Day Obsession and timed nutrition!

Just plug in your weight and goal and it calculates the bracket for you.

Each day just choose your workout time and it will schedule your containers for you. So easy! The reminders are my favorite part :)

Question: When you choose to disable “Supplements”, shouldn’t the post workout meal combine the purple/red/green/yellow/tsp into one meal that is consumed within 1 hr post workout?

As of right now, my app sets up a post workout snack as a “purple” consumed within 30 min post workout. And then “red/yellow/green/tsp” consumed 2.5 hrs post workout.

Can this be changed? That way it reflects the true timed nutrition for Non Supplements? Then it would be perfect!

Missing One Key Feature
This is super helpful for laying out my meals. I would give this app five stars if there were more detailed workout trackers for logging my weights, bands, etc. Taking notes is super tedious and this app has the potential to make it super easy...
