This update includes some design and bug fixes to make Act2Manage better for you:

• Now you can enlarge images posted on the message board.
• Menu is fixed on iPhone 11 Pro Max.
• Improved push messages.
• Automatic system message about the Leadership Feedback function.

Small bug fixes:

• Menu and navigation is now fixed on iPad
• Date issue is fixed when you change language to German
• Font sizes are now fixed

We taught Act2Manage to speak German. Now german speaking managers can use the app in their mother tongue for their skill development.

act2manage logo now navigates you back to the home screen

“I Have A Question” search button renamed to “On The Job Use”.

New function: Leadership Feedback – anonymous, fast and reflects on the manager’s behaviour.

• The feedback report will help you identify development areas and offers suggested in-app topics.
• After 3 months you can redo the assessment, which will show your improvements.

Just click on Commitments, then at the bottom of the page, you will find the ADD CUSTOM COMMITMENT button. Use it to set your commitment on the spot.
