I do appreciate that it’s a Tennessee sportsbook but the UI is terribleeeee. It seems like it takes me 30+ seconds every time I’m trying to find a simple D1 bball game. I find it weird the way they have their player props set up. You can never take the under on someone? They have the base amount of, say, rebounds at like 8,9+,10+ etc meaning I guess you can only bet overs and the odds for them aren’t worth taking. Laughable promos: “Place a 6+ leg parlay and get a 20% refund if it doesn’t hit.” Home page is full of foreign niche sports to bet on which seems unnecessary. And to top it off, every time I try to bet more than like $50 on something it gives me an error message like they have flagged me as a sharp or something less than two weeks into my acct. Sorry Action247 just trying to provide meaningful feedback here.

I tried, I really tried
I tried so, so hard to support the local sportsbook. I checked their odds every time I would look to place a wager. Action is the only book I use that doesn’t sync lines with Action Network or Betstamp, so the extra time spent would have justified if the lines were competitive or the promotions were worthwhile. I found myself placing maybe 2-3 wagers per week on Action. The mobile UI is also pretty painful compared to some of the other mobile books. I finally pulled my funds out and will redeposit at one of my other books. Wishing them the best of luck, however.

Keep your bets in Tennessee! This is a newer sports betting app, and the interface is improving weekly! Great customer support that has improved with time. It’s the same whenever you have new apps or businesses. Don’t look at old reviews from a year ago, it was a completely different company. They listen to their customers and update and improve every week! They now have promotions, PayPal accessibility, and a much easier interface to work with. It only gets better from here! Quit betting with the Big 3 nationally and instead bet on Tennessee! Go Vols!!!

Give them a chance!
I looked into creating an Action 247 account several months ago and was not impressed. They didn’t offer a wide enough range of sports and I couldn’t get in touch with customer service. Now, it’s the complete opposite. The customer service is especially great. Very easy to get them on the phone and they have been extremely helpful the two times I have called. Most bonus offers are fair or even better than other books. Give this local book a chance!

Rough Platform
Wanted to support the local guys, but this platform is rough. Always pops up random ping pong events, and Russian basketball while making you click 2-3 times to get to NFL/College Basketball. Player prop section of bets makes zero sense and the offerings are weak. Often I can’t even find NCAA Division 1 basketball games. In the rare instance they offer promos you can’t figure out where to enter the codes. Hopefully they keep improving so we can support local, but DK, FD and Bet MGM are way ahead currently.

Too much verification required
Decided to try this betting app out as they offered betting options not found on the other bigger betting apps. Completed sign up and registration. Tried to make first deposit and it requires that I add additional verification. I must then send them front and back pic of my driver’s license plus a selfie. I did so over and over and the site keeps saying Verification Failed with no reason why it failed. I have tried it 3 different times. Why do you need this additional verification when Fan Duel, Draft Kings, Bet MGM, Caesars, Wynn Bet, AND TwinSpires don’t require any such verification to sign up, deposit and start betting?!?!??

Won money then they locked my account
I won some money off of the free play codes they were using to amp up the book and I hit big on one of the free play bets and they just straight up locked me out of my account. They won’t answer any questions and say my account is under review and there is no time frame on the review. Don’t bet the free money if you plan turn it into cash or even stay logged into the book. Very unproductive customer service and even more unprofessional giving out free bets then shutting down the book.

Lightning fast payout simply awful UI
Fast, reliable payouts. UI is dreadful right out of 1993. Simply having an image on helmets would slash locating a game. Its all blue font and cannot find anything quickly. About 1/2 the time I deposit my bank flags the card. once that happens just go on to MGM cause it’s 24 hours to reset. Being local doesn’t excuse the bad things. But hope they invest more so I can really utilize.

Great local book
The app interface isn’t as great as some of the other sportsbooks, but I love supporting local over vegas. Really good promos and customer service was very fast when I had an issue with free bets not showing up.

Easier to use than the big guys and this company is locally owned in Tn. Simple deposit/withdrawal process. Seems easy to navigate so far, at least for football bets. Also nice to know I’m “buying local” instead of from some big Vegas deal.
