Help please
I can’t get onto your app support page without some kind of login. I am stuck on level 9 puzzle 1. The Solution is the wrong file and causes blank screen and game to freeze.

Black screen on iPad 7th generation 10.2 size new iOS update
Black screen, I can’t even click a selection or see anything. This is my favorite puzzle game, I own it on Xbox One, and Nintendo switch. I’d like a refund or credit please or for someone to help me fix it so this app will work and then I will re-rate. I apologize for the bad rating...can you help me out?
