Accessibility improvements
Navigation menus are now styled as ARIA popup menus; the menu contents have also been moved to the top of the page, resulting in more coherent behaviour for screen readers
Settings have been added to disable automatic animations (such as with carousels) and screen refreshes (such as with Transit and Resource Availability modules); both controls are available in the Settings module
Map/List toggle buttons now better indicate their state and behaviour to screen readers
Hidden regions are no longer read by screen readers
Bookmark buttons now better indicate their state and behaviour to screen readers.
