Fits my needs great - & quite useful!
I've been using this app & another (big-name) dictionary both for a while; not daily, but as needed. I've enjoyed that I don't have to be online to use it, and I've loved for some unfamiliar words, how the Advanced English Dictionary also can give some history of the meaning(s) on the word.
Recently, that other dictionary slipped in ads (not very subtle ones, either), &I went from free to charging to get back the ease of use that I expect in my apps. That one is now *gone*, and this AED app is my undisputed king of my dictionary apps. AED is an excellent dictionary app!

Amazing dictionary
I have been using this app for a year and this my review about it.
I can say it’s mostly the best English dictionary app. I have another dictionaries apps are installed on my phone. Many times I do compare with them and always the winner is this app. It doesn’t only provide the meaning. It provide the word in its different phrases, what is related to, collocation, synonyms...etc
Additional, the pronunciation. I advise you to have it. You won’t regret for it.

Totally awesome dictionary app! I love it!
Advanced English dictionary & Thesaurus app doesn’t require internet connection, and audio pronunciation works offline. This app has concise definition, and excellent thesaurus with word links. Its word search engine is excellent with very smart word suggestions when I don’t know how to spell the word.

Excellent Reference Source-Highly Recommended!
In that I read and write quite a bit, the use of a dictionary, thesaurus and finding proper antonyms and synonyms is a must. It is difficult to find the definitions of and use of words that are either rarely or no longer in use. The Advanced English Dictionary & Thesaurus fulfills this need in my endeavors. I most highly recommend this reference source.

Excellent place to start!
After reviewing several dictionaries for the usual; correct spelling, similar meaning words and origin (etymology), I purchased this one and was quickly rewarded. It's FAST, links alternative words to their pages, shows everything about a word parsed into concise statements. Start with this one before suffering ads or paying more.

Available offline, easy to read definitions, offers specific - and more or less specific - words synonymous with whatever you've searched, along with origins and sometimes antonyms. Great app. :)

It gives you several alternative synonyms as well and quite easy to use. One of the best references to have when looking for an appropriate word or phrase to use.

American pronunciation 'real voice'
Everything in this app is perfectly fine, but it needs a tab where we can select an accent (hopefully real voices not robots). I'd be thankful if you add this feature to the app.
