Good team / player analytics
Really has helped team (14 Classic girls) to think about game and their performance. Good for seeing weak areas as a coach.

Feedback with little effort (and cost)
We've been searching for an easy to use app to collect information from the entire team after practices, events, games, etc... We've made it work with electronic forms but then we still needed to make the collected data useful. That will change now that we have found AfterAction! This app is SIMPLE to use from both Coach and Player side! The free version probably will do enough for you but with a very reasonable subscription, we'll (self supported team) be subscribing as the ability to add coaching feedback to each player and then have them see it will be great. The recap feature looks to be a great summary of the season for the player as to their individual assessment of themselves along with possible grading from their peers and coaches. I looked at this on a Sunday and had a one on one conversation / demo with them on Monday. They answered every one of my questions and sent me an email with a sample of every report!
What more can I say, if you want to get feedback from your team, provide feedback to them and even enable peer feedback, this is the app you need to add. It's probably going to be one of my most used apps for coaching! Try it - I think you'll be pleasantly surprised as to how awesome this is!!

Great for feedback
We use this app at our club for all our teams. It provides a great opportunity for the players to receive feedback as well as give us coaches a more detailed review on how they thought they played. We use the results for meetings with our players that allow us to have a more specific understanding of where the players think they are. I would definitely recommend this app.

After Action provides our club with a quick and easy way for the coaches to provide valuable feedback to the players as well as providing a platform for the players to give a self review alongside that feedback. Great way to initiate discussion points with players and has been extremely well received by parents and players alike. Would highly recommend this App to any coaches in the youth game. Power of communication
This app is easy to use for the athlete. An absolute must. Less than 1 minute to provide valuable feedback. As a coach, AA provides a forum for post training/event feedback and personal insight. It is flexible, can be customized to your needs. Most importantly for me, my athletes are gaining self awareness while monitoring their own practice habits and behaviors. Worth the investment of both resources (minimal) and time.
