Age of Strategy is a free pixely turn based Strategy Game set in the age of empires and knights, vikings and samurais, winged hussars and Templars and many more!

Loads of campaigns, skirmishes and multiplayer games are waiting for you!
NOT a pay to win game! The in-app payment option is for speeding up progress.
The game is a retro-like 16-bit game, so it is not pretty and it has no fancy animations. This is a pure gameplay-oriented turn based strategy.
***FEATURES***
- More than 500 Campaign maps to pass (Historical ones too! eg: Battle of Troy and so on)
- More than 140 Skirmish maps to fight on
- More than 350 units and buildings
- More than 120 technologies to invent
- Rewarding system: Collecting stars on each map (Based on your performance) will grant you gems used for unlocking new troops or buildings!
- Spell Upgrades: Do you find a map too hard? You can ease the difficulty with various spells that can be bought with gems! (Used on consumption)
- Battle against AI on skirmish maps like in classic strategy games!
- Battle against or with real players worldwide!
- Upgrades section containing hundreds of new units, technologies and buildings openable with gems (Including some fun units)!

There are many requests for new and unique units (eg. historical heroes), I am pretty open to this since it's pretty easy to implement a new unit. Please join the
forum, post there the idea and i will make it!

New MAP EDITOR and Sandbox option!
Fix:Map panning/scrolling lags in AI turn is fixed
Fix:Player end turn part of AI (instinct actions) got speeded up.
Feature:Blinking for effects icons that will vanish in next turn.
New units:
Ribat - middleeastern mega building. Exceptionally small, but also without capability to train Trebuchet. It doesn't have attack, but heals and/or converts. It can deploy assasin.
Acropolis - hellenic mega building. Similarly to Monastery - it heals and has no attack. It can use blessings.
Dytynets - slavic mega building. Has cannonball attack once gunpowder is researched, just like Fort.
Oppidium - celtic mega building.
Shiro - japanese mega building.
Tate ashigaru - japanese fast shielder.
Leper Knight - another military order added. Basically pricier Zweihander, but categorised heavy infantry, a little weaker in attack and with Herb Protection ability.
Mounted Leper Knight - basically pricier Shield Knight with Herb Protection ability.
Templar sergeant spearman - armored spearmen, but categorised reigious.
Templar sergeant cavalry - light cavalry, but categorised reigious.
Citizen Hoplite - hellenic chepest infantry. Weaker swordsman, but with [Big shield weilder] category, making it eligible for phalanx.
New upgrades:
To Leper Knight - upgrade for two newly added units.
New map unit:
Japanese Hero - not saying who the image shows.
New skins: Hastati, Principes
Rebalance:All mounted archers are given ability of melee attack with light cavalry bonuses and differing power. Beware - can be counterattacked.
Horse Archer melee attack 4/5/6.
Horse Poison Archer melee attack 4 + poison.
Yabusame melee attack 2.
Cuman Horse Archer melee attack 3.
Mongolian Horse Archer melee attack 3.
Boyar melee attack 6.

Really good overall, no game effecting problems.
This is a really amazing game, I feel like the units are balanced well, and your strategy is actually important. Units actually have strategic capabilities. This game also has units from so many different cultures with different focuses. My complaints is that I had trouble logging into my account at first, this did begin working after a little while, I don’t know if this was due to something I did or the app itself. My second complaint is that in the multiplayer section, if you click a game but then decide to not join the game, their is no back button. You have to close the app and re-open it. Despite these problems, they don’t really impact the gameplay, and you can re-open the app quickly. I cannot say how happy I am that this game has no ads, this is in my experience, one of the best free games with no ads.

Great game!
Wonderful game. Yesterday’s update seemed to create a bug where completing a mission no longer gives gems or completion on the map. Love the game though so please have a look so I can jump back on! Thanks so much for creating it!

For the people!
I was having issues with losing my gems and progress, but the dev helped me get everything straightened out and was very nice about it. Very fun game, glad it finally came out in the Apple Store. Can’t wait until I can make my own maps in future updates hopefully🤞🏽
