If you set the device time at 12-hour clock (not 24-hour), the app can’t access images/videos in the “device” folder.

AGM Dude,
will not pull up any of my photos or videos stored on the scope?
when I connect through the AGM app, I can see through the scope and take photos and video. However when I go to device media, it will not pull up any of my photos or videos stored on the scope.

Better than T-vision
Although AGM recommends using the T-vision app, this one works better. This app supports live view in landscape or portrait mode on your phone which is what I wanted. It is user friendly and much easier to navigate. I have had no trouble using this app to access photos on my device phone. Great app and much better than T-vision.

No Connection on iPhone
This app wouldn’t work on my iPhone or my husband’s iPhone. I tried it on the iPad and it immediately worked. That ruled out user error. I won’t be lugging an iPad around in the woods to record thermal video. The lack of ability to connect to phone has me leaning toward returning the monocular in favor of another brand.

Can’t connect
The first time I connect my scope, it was easy and fast tried to connect again with the same phone. Five minutes later at finally connected and now I am sitting here with the scope beside me. Hotspot on my phone is connected to the Wi-Fi, but will not connect to the app not have it all please fix.

Does not work.
Phone won’t connect to app. Wi-Fi on. Wi-Fi connected to device. No worky. Disappointed. Will be returning this unit and spending money with a different brand.
