Solved problem-AGPTEK app will not find the Women’s SW03 fitness tracker.
I just discovered a solution to my problem below. Instead of searching for the AGPTEK app at iTunes in the US, I scanned the QR code in the instructions which took me to the iTunes in Japan and downloaded it from there. The app is the latest and is a little different that the US version. When first started, i created an account and then it allowed me to connect to the bracelet right from the set up wizard. I synced up and appears to be working.
Evidently the App in the US iTunes has not been updated as of 26 July 18.

I bought the SW 03 fitness tracker and could not connect it to my iPhone 8 running iOS 11. I charged it, turned it off and then on to get the connect code. I downloaded this app, set up an account, and then searched for a bracelet but it never found anything. I cycled power on phone, turned off and on Bluetooth, restarted bracelet etc and nothing worked. Also no way to contact anyone in support for assistance. Left a message but no call back. This is my second attempt! I returned it thinking it was just defective but the replacement won’t connect either!
