App needs support links and major corrective updates,
You cannot delete videos in bulk, time offset from the app coders time will not change and crashes if you try to manually set it, synchronize does not work
Manually setting time windows by checking 15 minute time slots on days is a poor design, ingenious but a pain to set up especially since you have to do it twice for each camera.
No update in over a year, what does that mean exactly???? We are stuck with this because we bought and installed it already?

Worked fine until upgrade IOS to V16.
App worked fine until I upgraded iPhone13 mini to IOS 16. Camera zoom feature “button” no longer works to use entire screen. The camera system is an economical and functional system that together with the free app allows me to view live, get alarms to my iPhone from movements, review stored video, listen and speak via camera. I am still pleased with app except for the one new issue. TO THE DEVELOPERS: Please update app to work with IOS 16 and future IOS upgrades.

No remote viewing
Could you please look into the remote viewing for the app it started to work and then lost power and now it does not allow me to remotely view them no more only when connected to the same WiFi network as the cameras router is connected to please fix this or give advice on how to get remote access that’s the whole reason for buying them so that I can check on things at my house while away on holiday thanks much

Worked somewhat now not at all?
Worked somewhat for 3 weeks. Now it will not connect from remote locations with good Wi-Fi.
What it needs is a good update! So I’m 1200 miles from home and don’t know if it works, is working? Might be working or if my house is still there?

It can playback after the update!!
After the update, make sure to allow full access to your camera and it will playback videos. If not, or if you allow only selected photos, you will not get to playback your recordings!

App is junk
When I am away I get notifications when I open the app it says device offline and won’t show cameras I like the fact that they are solar but that does no good when you can’t see what’s going on please fix app

Not worth it
Since the “Update” it will not record video. At first it took 1 full minute to show live feed, but now it will not show anything- it only alerts you that there is movement but you see nothing.

Can’t view recordings.
Ver. 1.0.4. Still can’t view videos from the app as you could with the first version. This broke with the previous update and wasn’t fixed in the current version.

I just set up my cameras. Cannot view the video. All comes up Chinese! I cannot keep if that doesn’t get fixed. NEED to see videos!!
